We love Papas! This is our local block Bodega (just up the street on the corner of Quincy and Tompkins) and it has everything you need in a pinch, from basic grocery items like milk/eggs, ice cream, beverages, a full deli and prepared sandwiches, and literally the BEST hot Dominican- style lunch bar we know of. They open from about 7 AM to 10 PM and are very friendly! They also have an ATM and a good beer selection.
