It's hard to believe that La Boheme is a hostel, the dorms/rooms are done with wonderful taste and are super clean. If there is anything that tops it, it is their restaurant! They have by far the best pizzas in the south coast, with awesome options and dough that is wood-fired to perfection. Can't get enough!!

Not very far from the Galle city. Bike ride of 30 minutes takes you to Kanneliya reserve. Even on the way it is all green. People live close to nature. This is one corner of biggest rain forest. Fine water falls, huge tall trees, many colourful insects, it is cool.

Galle Fort (Sinhalese: ගාලු කොටුව Galu Kotuwa; Tamil: காலிக் கோட்டை, translit. Kālik Kōṭṭai), in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. It is a historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument, which even after more than 423 years maintains a polished appearance, due to extensive reconstruction work done by Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka.
