the HRBT (Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel)
So the HRBT on I-64 is a nightmare most days. They are expanding but you will still run into traffic. Highly recommend you get to the tunnel if you are coming that direction before 2 in the afternoon. Rushhour is from 2:30 to around 6:30 depending on the number of accidents that stop traffic. the HRBT does not recover easily from a stopage.
