Drinks & Nightlife

I love this terrasse - it's probably one of the nicest in the city. The entire patio is surrounded by high brick walls completely covered with climbing vines and the beers are quite cheap: Mondays and Tuesday are best for good discounts.

Food Scene

Super vibrant ''student'' café with a youthful atmosphere - their coffee is YUM, and they have great snack options (vegan & other too, like their giant cookies and homemade salsa dip).

I always recommend Saint-Bock Microbrewery, simply because every single time I eat out I end up there. They’ve got this great food menu, very diverse, super tasty with loads of veggie options PLUS 47 choices of beer on tap (I’m not even kidding). Seriously, what else do you need?

Parks & Nature

The highest point in the entire city - you'll have the most amazing view of Montreal, the Saint-Lawrence River and the islands. The hike isn't difficult as most people are able to climb it, and the trails are wide enough to be easily walked in almost any type of weather. Great way to ''leave the city'' without actually exiting Montreal.

Arts & Culture

This archaeology and history museum is located at the very birthplace of Montreal. The National Historic Site offers visitors the opportunity to explore history through an original underground circuit leading through archaeological excavations - it's extremely interactive, super informative and a lot of fun!
