All different types of bikes can be rented at LOCAL MOTION BIKE RENTALS - 802-861-2700 in Burlington, VT. They are open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
This 14 miles trail runs along Lake Champlain. House guests rave about this wonderful biking experience. Make a day of it, over in Vermont.

The town of WILMINGTON, N.Y. is the location of the 1980 Winter Olympics. This wonderful town is the place to visit on a CLEAR DAY. The awesome views are one of the great gifts of the Adirondacks with an elevator shaft that runs from to the summit, so that even the handicapped and access this glorious view!
There is a great little town beach at the end of BOWMAN LANE in Wilmington. They have a very clean bathroom / change house + barbecue grills at every picnic table. The west side of the beach has a special "dog beach" for those that bring FIDO along with them. This is one of the best family day trips!
