Best Sushi in all of Tulsa & surrounding areas. They buy their microgreens ( Cilantro, Radish, Wasabi. Sorrel) from a local farmer, GMO Free & Organic. I recommend the Chef's Choice with Microgreens. It will top anything on the menu. The Chefs get to use their talents rather than bound to corporate protocol by following a menu.

The Food, Wine, & salads here will rival any high end establishment. Wine is made in house from locally grown grapes, the beer is from Broken Arrow's BA Brewing Co microbrewery around the corner. BA brown ale is amazing. They also use locally grown Microgreens in their menu, GMO Free and Organic. The coconut shrimp is the best I've ever had anywhere. This resis a Husband & Wife owned, very unique, not part of a chain or franchise.
