If you want to try Monja and Okonomi-yaki, you do not go to Tsukishima. "Nakachan" is one of my favorite Monja restaurants and budget more friendly than Tsukishima. Try their set menu (you can choose any 3 dish and get discount). Ask their staff to cook on the Teppan of your table.

Do not miss this Ramen shop when you are in Shinonome. Their Ramen is simple chicken based soup but very deep taste. I recommend the cheapest "Shido Ramen" with egg for the first visitor. They are open until 1am.
