It houses several art galleries: 1) Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography is a non-profit artist-run centre committed to the advancement of contemporary Canadian photograph 2) Swipe Swipe is a charming independent bookstore on the ground floor of 401 Richmond, you will find books on architecture, urbanism, and design 3) Urbanspace Gallery The space focuses on urban issues that somehow relate to Toronto, like specific greening initiatives, or diversity as a key part of our city's identity.
