THE BEACHES: We have fabulous free beaches. Easiest one is South Beach. east on 8th all the way to the end, turn N on Indian River Blvd then East over Alma Lee Loy Bridge... then straight to the beach. Kayak and paddleboards can be rented by Paddles by the sea ( they will bring to you).
Humiston Beach: has a great playground for kidlets.
Jaycee beach: has volleyball and a boardwalk.
Turtle Trail beach: (north on A1A) is a dog friendly beach ( must have a leash and doggy bag with you)

This park has a beachside AND a riverside. The riverside has a nice short walking trail but a great place to often see manatee ( under the little bridge) also a great place to kayak, paddleboard from. You can paddle/kayak to the small spoil islands and get out and explore.
