Cute, quality store. My friend, Christine works there and loves the shop like it's her own. It makes her day to help guests find their perfect tye-die, whether it's a secret pleasure, or a bold and happy statement of joy and freedom and happiness.
The have high quality products and a nice, cozy, welcoming vibe.

"Everything Else" is the perfect category for this cute little shop. It's an eclectic mix of nostalgic, hip, funky, trendy and every cool little thing that you can imagine. The owner is a very nice, and friendly woman who loves to meet new people in the area and will let you joyfully browse, or answer any questions that you may have.
There are all sorts of things that you never realized that you needs so badly, all contained in one cute little shop.

The owner is a very nice, and friendly woman who loves to meet new people in the area and will let you joyfully browse, or answer any questions that you may have.

Mother Muff's is a fun local restaurant with yummy pub fare. They feature Pub Quiz, Poker Nights live music and many other events. Always a fun time to be had here :-)

Downtown Manitou is a great little area. There's an arcade with games and prizes. Old fountains with mineral spring water.
At Halloween, there are coffin races in honor of Emma Crawford.

All of the Colorado Springs Libraries always have wonderful things going on. I've gone to spiritual events, wellness events and astronomical (Great American Eclipse of 2017) events.

Nice little store, one out of three shops run by a nice family. From my experience, they will take the time to talk to you and, the items that I looked at in their stores were genuine, and reasonably priced instead of cheap knockoffs. I have yet to tey their restaurant, but I am excited! :-)

It's a cute little Irish pub with an atmosphere that reminds me of the ones that I saw in Ireland. The staff is usually friendly. The food and drink selection have always been excellent. I've heard that they offer trivia night, but I haven't been yet. There's a nice outdoor seating area out back, you do have to go through the kitchen to get to it, but it's quite nice.

The local Chinese food restaurant for when you just want a quiet night in with some yummy takeout. Perfect for what I call VegFest, on a rainy day, in sweatpants, watching TV or a good movie.
This is the place that delivered my birthday dinner this year, which actually fell on Chinese New Year. They were helping others celebrate their New Year. It made me smile inside to have this gift on my birthday. :-)
