The food is fabulous and the parking is easy to figure out. The atmosphere is lovely and chic. After dinner, take a walk on the Pitt Street Pier for a lovely view of Charleston in the distance.

Take a walk along the battery and enjoy the gorgeous views of Rainbow Row, and White Point Gardens where pirates were hung. Also, you can see Fort Sumter from here.

Chalmers is my favorite street in Charleston. It has the original cobbled street and the Old Slave Mart where slaves were auctioned, as well as the Pink Pirate house that was once a bordello.

Out of all the downtown Charleston house tours, I enjoy this one the most. It has the urban plantation feel with slave quarters and stables. It is an audio tour, and is reasonably affordable.
