Tres B or “Three B’s” refers to a nineteenth century declaration by the then Spanish Governor that Puerto Rico have the government of the three B’s, namely “Baile, bebida y barrajas”, or “dancing, booze, and cards”. It is an open air spot west on Calle Loiza made from a container and painted yellow. It is a good place to have an empanada and a beer, and watch the crowd.
