This restaurant is new in 2022, part of the upscal Four Columns inn. They are open Thursday 6-10pm and Friday-Saturday 6-11pm. Word has it they are going for a Michelin star, and they do indeed have a shot. Great food and elegant dining experience!

They are gluten free and totally decadent. They are parked outside Grafton Cheese on Route 30 in Brattleboro Saturday through Monday 11:30am-3:30pm.
