My fav local “hole-in-the-wall”, not much to look at but bomb. I generally take out, but dinning has good service (just not very cute).

The closets light rail station is Beacon Hill (not very walkable but we Uber to it and then take it to airport, saves us $25). The closest transefer from bus to light rail is the international district (1 stop away, but not that convienant). Google maps will be your best way to sort out transportation routes.
