Nate Silver of 538 did a National Burrito challenge and this place won it. They don't use rice in their burritos. I still think Cancun is better.

Papalote's claim to fame is that they beat Bobby Flay in the Burrito Throwdown. Unfortunately, they overcharge heavily for the Triple Threat (over $20). Try the Filipino inspired MexiPino instead
