That being said a lot of people may be there, if you want the least amount of people when you go, go early in the morning also wear some walking shoes because it is pretty big park. (They also have scooters)There is no playground that I know of just a lot of grass.

A nice place If you love animals, very informative as well. The sea Lions are the cutest things there in my opinion.
