It is situated high on the western side of the beautiful Avonmore Valley and offers the tourist majestic views of the River Avonmore. The local village is 2km where there are train and bus links along with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and pubs serving food. Parnell Memorial Park is a beautiful green area, with sculptures and winding paths and outdoor gym, as well as a great playground for the kids.
