Golf Carts
Golf carts may travel on any residential street in The Grand, Sun City West, or Sun City, that has a speed limit of 35 mph or less. Golf carts may also use the intersections to cross over Grand Avenue / Route 60, but may not travel along with other traffic on Grand Avenue. For insurance reasons, we do not provide a golf cart with the house. Depending upon the season, you may or may not be able to search the internet to find golf cart companies that will rent golf carts. Most will deliver the golf cart to the home and pick it up when you are finished with it.

Garage Parking
The owners keep one car parked in the garage year-round. There is still room to park either a car or golf cart (but not both) in the the 2-car garage, as well as in the driveway.
