Great beach and boardwalk- you can go right up to the Giants Causeway by the cliff path. Go to the car park and head from there. Also nice harbour for swimming and drinks at the yacht club. Bay view hotel is also very good.

Neighbourhoods

Lots to do and see here. Shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars, beach and golf. The Nuns walk from the town to Portstewart Strand is really worth doing. If you want to drive unto the beach it is owned by the National Trust and you have to pay. Head to Harry’s Shack on the beach for a sundowner. Browns Restaurant is situated in the golf club close by- very nice! Another popular restaurant is Amici - on the Portrush side of town. You can’t visit without having a Morrelis ice cream. Warke’s Deli is worth a visit too and there are more cafes than pebbles on the beach!!
