Fun place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also coffee to go in the morning (warning - they can be slow!), and live music most nights.

Teensy tiny place (think 5 tables and about as many seats at the sushi bar) with really nice sushi. We usually prefer to get it to go and eat on our lanai. Note they will automatically tack on a service charge for to-go orders.

Nice food, pretty view, easy to get to - you can easily walk there. We sometimes go for a morning beach walk, then stop at Duke's for breakfast.

If you like micro-breweries, you really need to try these guys. No real island ambiance - really just a big brew-pub with a sports bar vibe. But some of their beer is really nice, and the food can be pretty great too!

Fabulous oceanfront location, great food, reasonably priced. Their specialty is the variety of plate lunches they offer. If you like loco mocos, beware - they are HUGE.

Maybe our favorite place for breakfast - amazing selection of loco mocos (think shredded pork moco, for instance), plus the BEST macadamia nut pancakes with housemade mac-nilla syrup ON THE PLANET. Don't wait to head there until you're starving - it's a tiny place, and there is always a wait. Hard to find the first time - it's in the strip center just south of Foodland - but much easier to locate once you know to look for the long line of people waiting outside.

Another oceanfront gem. Wonderful menu selection - the ahi brushetta is awesome, and their french fries are quite possibly the best in the world.

Pricey, pricey, pricey...Did I mention it's expensive? But if you're looking for fine dining with a drop dead beautiful view, it's hard to beat. Merriman's is well known, and every once in a while they seem to be resting on their reputation a little - but then they come right back and deliver amazing food with fabulous service. I recommend you check their most recent yelp or tripadvisor reviews to see what travelers are saying.

Literally just through the parking lot gate, they have a small deli, beverages, and basics. If it's something simple, you may be able to save yourself the longer walk to Times - or a drive to Lahaina! And their gasoline is usually competitively priced too.
