Getting Around
The village stands between mountain and the sea.
For the mountain its reccomented a car a little high, to be everywhere. Plateau of Lasithi through Katharo plateau is a fine route at 900 m elevation.
Its 25 minutes by car to the sea. On the way back, you can wash up the salt in Sarakina kanyon in some waterfalls.
