Dunbar is a lovely fishing village that can be reached by car or by bus from Edinburgh. Also the hometown of John Muir, founder of the Sierra Club, whose home has been turned into a museum. On Tuesdays and Thursday from Many until the end of September The Big Blu pizza van parks in the Harbour and serves up some of the best wood-fired pizza you're likely to try anywhere (check them out on Facebook for their schedule)
