House Rules

1) Upon departure please take trash to Big Bear Disposal. 2) Pets are not authorized and can result in a $250 cleaning fee. 3)Quit hours are from 10PM to 10AM. 4)No parties on premises without prior consent. 5) City ordinances permit no more than 3 guests 6) No more than 3 over night guest without permission. 7)More guest than listed in your reservation could result in extra fees. 8)If the police are notified for disruption of the peace, your rental agreement is forfeit and you may be asked to leave with out a refund. 9) Street parking in the area is not authorized, two parking tandem in the drive way only. 10) Check out is at 11:00, please make arrangements if you need a different check out time. Delay in check out time could result in extra fees. 11) Fold out bed for 3rd person, no sleeping on the couch the fold out does not work

Mountain Transit

Monday - Saturday the mountain transit (mountain transit.org) runs from San Bernardino to all mountain villages. One way is $1.50 check the weekend schedule for Friday/Saturday evening schedule.
