Try the Flambéed Crawfish and Creole Cream Cheese Gnocchi, Gulf Oyster Panzanella, Turtle Soup (it takes 3 days to make!), Gumbo, and the Pecan Roasted Gulf Fish. Don't forget the Creole Bread Pudding Soufflé!
