Start in Bellas Artes, and walk towards Zocalo, where Palacio Nacional and La Catedral are. Go to the Hotel De La Ciudad De Mexico Roof terrace opposite the National palace. Great to grab a coffee or drink and enjoy the view. One way to see it is on the Turibus Tour.
