Organic, vegan, and tasty all at a good price. Delicious desserts and you should try their Matcha Latte. It is connected to a cool market as well.

We call it the "Taco Window" (there's no seating, you literally walk up to the window and order). Not the cheapest place to get tacos but they are my favorite in Milwaukee (I literally go here at least once a week). The guy's name is Dude (not joking) and he is very... let's say interesting. Such a character. Little sketch but he's completely harmless and his tacos are goooooood! If you're at the bars on North Ave definitely check this place out.

Sightseeing

The Historic Third Ward is Milwaukee's Arts and Fashion District. It offers the city's most dynamic array of restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries, and unique boutiques all in a historic warehouse setting. The neighborhood was named a Top 12 ArtPlace in 2013 and is home to the award-winning Third Ward Riverwalk and the Milwaukee Public Market. Located just south of downtown (Historic Third Ward Association, 2016).

The Milwaukee Art Museum is always featuring special exhibits... but even if that's not quite your thing, you have to go here to check out the architecture of the building itself and the surrounding view of the lake and downtown Milwaukee.

Drinks & Nightlife

This place has really amazing Irish style food during the day and turns into one of my favorite bars to go to to dance at night. It's just off of Water Street which is an extremely popular street for nightlife.

This street is probably where most of the college students go to drink. I would particularly suggest Vitucci's.

Milwaukee has been called the "Beer Capital of the World" in its past and for good reason. If you enjoy brewery tours or would like to try one for your first time I would suggest Lakefront Brewery. For only 10$ you'll get a fun guided tour, a souvenir pint glass, and free beer to drink throughout. There are MANY other brewery tour options, Pabst and Miller included.
