One of our favorite hiking areas-especially to the Fire Tower, and its views! This is a good outing for adults or (intrepid) kids over 8. The hike is short but fairly steep and really quite lovely. But once you make it to the top of the "mountain", there is a grand fire tower for additional climbing. Once on top, the view is INCREDIBLE and well worth the trip.

It's free entry and the kids get to explore the barns, the grounds, plus visit, up close, all of the farm animals. The farm also makes and sells its own cheese and dairy products in its store. A lovely family outing.
