Hike or take the cable car to the top of the tallest of the 7 city mountains. I highly recommend hiking the trail Vidden, which will get you to Mt Fløyen in about 4 hours. There are a couple steep inclines, but most is fairly flat.

Hike or take the Fløibane funicular to the top of Mt Fløyen. Cafe and restaurant with large terrace at the top. The line for Fløibanen can get quite long, so it's best to get there early.
