The Kasbah (6) is a local corner café where you can relax and eat healthy homemade Middle Eastern food. The place has a backpacker vibe to it and our personal favorite is their Mini Kasbah meze which gives you a taste of the many things they have on the menu.

Grefsenkollen, the north-east peak of Oslo offers spectacular views of the city. On the terrace by the big lumber house on top you can enjoy baked goods, something to drink or homemade pizza from their wooden oven, while overlooking the city. To get there take the tram (no. 12 or 11) from Birkelunden st. at Grunerlokka to Doctor Smiths road, and walk for 30 minutes. If is worth the effort
