Wonderful host. Enormous comfortable bed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to explore Frederick. Host was exceedingly accommodating and helpful. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.

David was a great host, he welcomed us with a quick and informative tour of the house. We were in town for a family wedding at Thorpewood Farm and the house was a beautiful and easy drive to the venue. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, which was nice with all of the preparation for the wedding. The space was clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. It was a wonderful weekend!

The apartment was so large!! It was really lovely and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a really long time! There is everything you need and all the space you could possibly want. It is out in the country, so I had to drive about 15-20 minutes to get some groceries or go to a restaurant but it's in a beautiful area. David was flexible and communicative with me- all was great!

We loved our stay in Union Bridge! David and Donna had very simple and accurate communication beforehand, clear instructions in the house manual, and positive and polite interaction while we were there. The apartment was stocked with everything you'd need (ample parking, extra towels, pillows, sheets, and dishes, plus playing cards, books, cable, and coffee as a bonus), the beds and couch comfortably accommodated 4, and there was enough hot water for all 4 girls to get ready for a wedding. Impressive! This is a great alternative to a hotel for anyone attending a wedding at Morningside Inn. 15 minutes away from that venue, more affordable if you have a group, and way more space than you'd get in a hotel. Union Bridge is a beautiful area of MD, and a great getaway for a quiet, countryside vacation.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I appreciated how easy, quick and personable it was to arrange details getting set up and checked in. This is a historic apartment with tons of charm. The bed might have been one of the coziest I've ever slept in and it was charming to be able to sit in front of a fire. The home is on a rural road making it quiet with an occasional truck rattling by. It was a perfect location for my needs and wanderings to Westminster, Frederick and beyond.

I was in Westminster for a friend's wedding and am so glad I stayed here instead of in one of the local hotels - Mimi and her family are super sweet people and they have clearly put a lot of thought into this place. From the basket of toiletries to the groceries in the fridge, I was very impressed. Mimi was also very responsive and hospitable, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to accommodate my needs however she could. Definitely stay here if you're in the area - don't think twice.

Mimi's apartment was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed. I only wish I'd had found it sooner because we would have stayed more often. Mimi greeted us and showed us where everything was. Apartment was conveniently located in residential area of nice homes, convenient to hospital, AG Center. It was close to downtown and the mall. We'll equipped for short stay with kitchen necessities, comfortable double bed and living area with futon. Communication was excellent and check in easy.

I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host. Mimi was great and I was more than pleased with my stay. Our stay at this little apartment was wonderful & so much better than a hotel. Mimi herself is super accommodating & welcoming. The descriptions & pictures of the apartment do not do its full justice as the apartment was much larger than we had imagined & provided more than ample space for myself, my husband & our 2 small children. Mimi also takes the time to anticipate her guests every needs through toiletries, kitchen supplies, extra pillows/blanket, etc. Although Mimi has pets, we did not hear any barking throughout our stay. I especially liked the location and cleanliness of Jon Shawn's place, and his flexibility and communication. We communicated via text messages, the airbnb website, and in person, and I was pleased at each turn. Folks with mobility limitations should especially note that the room is several flights of stairs above ground-level, and no elevator is available. The stairwells are wide, well-lit, and nicely-decorated, though. :-)

An ideal base of operations. Walkersville is a nice town with easy access to roads and sightseeing, and Sharon has done a lot to create a comfortable space to rest and relax.

We arrived very late to check in yet she still was able to welcome us and give us the keys and all when we got there. Very flexible around our schedule and easy to reach. Home was very easily accessible from the main highway, and yet still quiet, peaceful and private. Cathy was a great hostess!

Catherine's place was great for our 1st Anniversary. We checked out some great wineries and the location is great near the state parks. The small towns are quaint and it is close enough to Frederick to get down there easily. Overall a great visit and a wonderful experience!

Lovely place to stay, my daughter and I really liked it. Catherine, her husband and the Basset hounds are super nice and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely be back.

Great space not far from major venues. Good value for those that are tired of the high price of hotel rooms. Catherine was prompt on our arrival and responded to communication attempts quickly. Kitchen was equipped and was glad to find coffee and creamer and pastry for a quick morning bite. Stayed 3 nights with my adult daughter. Worked out great!

Very comfortable and clean - I enjoyed my stay. Winter storm Stella came thru while I was here and the crew did a great job clearing the parking lot and sidewalks. Teresa made sure I was ok and was a great host!

Teresa's place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. She also has some extremely nice art that she painted herself. One thing to note is that the unit is on the third floor and requires walking up (which was no problem for me). Overall I was very pleased and would gladly stay there again in the future!

Such a nice, clean, and cozy place. Just far enough from downtown Frederick to escape the noise and close enough to get there in just a few short minutes by car. Teresa was great about keeping in touch and making this a very nice stay.

The bed and furniture were comfortable. The location was great - central to many restaurant and shopping options. The building was quiet and the little back patio was fairly private. The deep jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus to our weekend away and Kelly's communication was great. If we go back to Frederick, we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed. The bed was comfy, two baths were a very nice convenience, the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use, and the cozy balcony facing the trees was a delightful place to sip morning coffee!The location was extremely convenient, yet in a quiet, and relatively secluded complex. Kelly was great to communicate with, quick and friendly! If we ever stay in the area again, getting a reservation here will be a top priority. A perfect place for our little getaway. Flat was perfect. roomy, spotless, appointed with wonderful antiques. Plenty of parking. Host let us know that we could check in early and allowed us to leave the car while shopping downtown after checking out. street life noise could be a factor late at night for front bedroom, but back bedroom unaffected. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Frederick and plan on returning

What a lovely experience! May was excellent with communication from the start. Our home for the weekend was extremely well stocked with waters, juices, coffee, tea and snacks. Really perfectly located in the town, across from the wonderful Volt restaurant and other great shops/restaurants were all easily walkable. Highly recommend staying in this really beautiful home!

Cindy was extremely kind and hospitable. She made sure my friends and I were comfortable and made us feel right at home. If you're looking to ski at Liberty, her home is only a 5-minute drive away from the mountain. we all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend her place!

Cindy was a wonderful host for our family's quick weekend ski trip! The apartment was clean and well appointed for us, including great muffins upon check-in. I've stayed in AirBnB properties, but this one truly emphasized the BnB aspect. There were enough "essentials" like coffee, snacks, and such to make it easy for my family. The fireplace made it very homely and it was burning non-stop while we were home and not on the slopes. Thanks!

We were welcomed to Cindy's cabin apartment with the yummiest coffee cake muffins, a fridge stocked with water and juice, and snacks. She accommodated an earlier check-in and gave us good instructions upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the apartment roomy. It was a great stay and if we are ever in the area again - we would definitely stay again.

This is a great place and Cindy is a superb host! The place is even better then described and thanks to Cindy's knowledge of the are we even got the chance to view the reenactment which was great.

The apartment was perfect for us, with enough space to spread out so we could relax after busy days shopping and touring museums and battlefields. Cindy's listing was on the spot. The place looked exactly as described in her listing. Also, as she described her place was 20' drive from Gettsyburg, our primary destination. Cindy provided homemade muffins that were delicious as well as a variety of juices, teas, coffee and other sundry items that made our stay very pleasant. Our visit was during a very hot day. Yet, even without an air conditioner, inside we were cool. We had a great visit. Thank you Cindy.

We simply loved our stay ar Mary Beth and Scott's place. Location, location, location. Steps from shopping, great restaurants, and community amenities such as theatres. Right in the historic district, simply taking a stroll through the neighborhood and viewing the wonderful homes is a treat. Parking in Frederick can be a little hit or miss, so having the parking space is a huge benefit. The hosts also included small touches - a fun selection or records, CD player, plenty of board games, etc. These small items make the difference. Mary Beth and Scott are clearly in tune to their community and were able to offer recommendations that were helpful. We felt we were connected to them, while the separate entrances made it feel like we had our 'own' apartment. We would not hesitate to recommend Mary Beth and Scott's place to others.

Great location! Historic, charming apartment with very large living room. Quiet but near everything. It was perfect for what we needed!

The location is perfect with a few blocks walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Then if that was not enough directly across the street is a huge park with tennis courts, outside amphitheater, playground and community pool. The apartment we had was similar to a NYC brown stone. A wonderful experience to meet our new adopted grandchild. They were gracious enough to have our grand daughter spend the night do the guys got some sleep.

We had a fabulous stay in Frederick. Tracy met us and showed us the ropes. The apartment is right off of Market St. in the heart of Frederick's historic district. The three bedrooms were spacious and the unit was very comfortable. Tracy was attentive to our questions and gave great recommendations. The only down side is that the unit is on the 3rd floor of the building, but given the price and location, we were thrilled with the accommodation and would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We loved our visit to Tracy's townhome apartment in historic Frederick. It's right downtown with great walkability. We strolled along a beautiful canal and down brick paved streets lined with restored 19th century homes. We enjoyed a variety of excellent restaurants and a weekend arts festivals. There's a great bookstore and some nice gift and clothing stores, too. The apartment is spacious with three good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, a comfortable living room and a well equipped kitchen. Tracy was an excellent host. He was thoughtful and always available providing a homey atmosphere with all the modern amenities in a home built in 1899. The backyard is fabulous with an enormous ginko tree. Tracy has several great photos of the Doll family who were the original owners and has provided a history of the house, too. This was my first experience with airbnb and It was a great success. Thank you, Tracy!

We had a wonderful experience at Tracy's place. The location was perfect, close to many fun places to eat and in a nice area for a walk. We arrived after midnight on Friday and Tracy was there to meet us and give us the keys. He was very, very accommodating, attentive and also easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy's apartment. The location was a block from downtown Frederick with good restaurants and shops. It was also minutes away from a lovely canal promenade and a beautiful historic neighborhood which was great for walks. Tracy was very attentive to our needs. He even provided us with bikes when we asked about rentals!

Tracy did a great job hosting. Communication before hand was timely and accurate, and the place was both as described and as shown in the listing. Location is perfect to visit Market St in lovely Frederick, MD.
