Very nice and tidy house. Big kitchen you can cook your own food. Close to bus station within 30 mins to city. There are supermarket and restaurants nearly. Caroline and Renan are a GREAT warm and sweet couple! We arrived early in the morning Caroline just waited for us at home. She even brought us donuts from the cafe she works in. Sooooo nice of her! When they drive to the supermarket they will ask if we need a ride. First friends we meet in Perth. They actually help us a LOT! Definitely recommend their house!

Caroline and Ronan is one of the nicest couple we've met through Airbnb, friendly and chatty, they welcomed us more like a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) than just random guests, we had a lot of laughers together. The neighbourhood is quite and very safe, the accommodation is nice and clean, we had everything we need for the almost 2 weeks stay, walkable distance to the transports, 10mins to the CBD, definitely the best offer you can ask for with this price, we highly recommend it!

Terry was very helpful and responded any inquiries immediately. First time experience with Airbnb. I stayed only one night at Terry"s place. Room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

Great place to stay. Terri is a very friendly hoist. Make you feel so welcome. The room is good and has a desk as well. I would recomened staying here if you are visiting Perth.

I was looking for a place to stay on our own for my girlfriend and I while she was visiting me from overseas. I loved staying at Scott's place. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in our stay. The garden/ Al fresco area is amazing, we loved sitting out and having BBQ's in the evenings. Scott was very helpful, he even let us check in early. Fully recomended!

Wonderful stay! Stuart, Cameron and their beautiful dogs were great hosts and very welcoming. Steven and Cameron were very helpful in recommending local places, Cameron was even kind enough to drive me to the local Physio during my stay. The room was very modern with a comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Everything was as described and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Perth.

Very good experience with Steven and Stuart (funny little dog) ! The house and rooms are clean, quiet and close to the bus stop (6min walk) and 15min to the city (bus) ! Breakfast was very good too ! Perth is a good city, quiet than Melbourne but good too !

On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Stuart (the dog). This place has a real wow factor and a lovely warm friendly welcome! Steve and Cameron were perfect hosts and very helpful; it was lovely to meet them. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern and beautiful with great bathroom facilities. Pancakes and bacon were most appreciated on the first morning. We would highly recommend this to anybody visiting Perth!

Steven est un hôte sympatique et disponible. Il a fait en sorte que l’on se sente à l’aise. Lui et son ami sont deux personnes très agréables. Le quartier est sympa, le seul petit hic quand on est pas véhiculé est que la gare n’est pas très proche, mais les bus deservent bien le quartier.

Steven is very nice and kind, he gave suggestion to us regarding transportation problems. His house is definitely a comfy place for staying. The house is well designed and the kitchen with full cooking equipment. WE enjoyed so much to stay in his house for the past week. Besides, his dogs are lovely, welcome us home every day and ask for playing. It is absolutely a right choice to stay in his house.

Perfect room, with great facilities (the kitchen is huge!). The host is very friendly and helpful and the location is nice and quite, but everything you need is nearby. Overall great place to stay to explore Perth and surroundings.

Ray and his partner are really nice people, friendly and talkative. The house is clean and cosy. They make you feel as if you were at home.

Simon is a very organised host and has make sure everything went well for our check in and has accommodate our request. There is no fuss of us checking in late and instructions were given clearly in keys collection which has not given us any problem. The house is clean and cosy. With nice fully equipped kitchen. Location of house to city center was just 10-15mins away. The house has made us feel home when we are travelling. Just that the heater took sometime to heat up the whole area and it is slightly cold (during winter) for us. I would deffo get Simon again if there's a next trip to perth.

I cannot recommend Simon's place highly enough! I had some family members staying at Simon's place for just over a week during our wedding. Simon's place was impeccably clean, luxurious and well-appointed with every appliance you could imagine! The photos do not do it justice. Simon was great with communication throughout the whole process, and did everything he could to make sure our guests were comfortable. Thanks so much for everything!

The place is a quite house in living area of Perth. It's well served by public transport helping easily reach the City and northern suburbs: 2 routes in one step from door and 4 routes in 10 minutes walk. Two exceptional country-style coffee-houses every day chase to win a vote for serving a coffee cup with amazing continental roll or charming home-baked muffin. The landlord is delicate and friendly. The bed is super-soft, there are two wardrobes, table for work (not a case in many places), and exceptional bathroom. Cute covered front yard is a great for evening relax. In total - highly recommend.

It was a great experience staying at Mina's place in Perth. She answered all my queries before booking. On arrival, everything was as described in the listing. Mina is a great host and she explained everything about the home and nearby places. The room was cosy with all facilities. The best part is there is a locked up garage for use which was great for me as I had car. I will highly recommend Mina, and will be happy to stay at her place again.

The place was well-decorated and gave me the warm and cosy feel. Everything I needed for a short stay was already thought of and provided. The host is welcoming and has a knack for baking muffins and yummy cakes. But it doesn't stop there, she is also a good conservationist and has good knowledge of the city, its attractions and diners. It felt like having access to an i Kiosk next to my room. Just many reasons to recommend this place :)

I like the place very much, that's so quiet, far away from flight lines. and Mina is good host who can to answer your questions quickly and not disturb you as you wanted. there are easy bus to CBD and very lovely lawn so close. I recommend this please.

I had a good time in this house. The room was nice and cozy. The location was perfect like I mentioned before, the WiFi was great, and hosts very friendly. One more time I would like to mention an extremely soft bed! I slept great! Neighbors are quite and the district is safe. There are local cafes and convenience stores. For me as business traveler it was perfect place. Highly recommend for long time staying!

Mina is a polite, kind, welcoming, very accomodating and helpful host and I'm so grateful of her hospitality. I couldn't be luckier and the experience was truely beyond my expectations. I recommend this place for anyone who genuinely look for home beyond home. The villa is clean, reasonably spacious; with a large kitchen and lovely front yard. It is just about 10 minutes easy driving to the centre of city and business district. I'm grateful of Mina's lovely charming persona and patience.

I stayed at Mina's place for almost 3 weeks and it was a lovely experience. She allowed me to check in early which was a good start to my stay. I had access to my own big bathroom and a car spot in her covered garage which was great. Mina is a lovely and kind host, the house was always kept clean and she shared some of her stuff with me. We got to talk and swap stories every now and then and she was always friendly. And she makes the best herbal tea! I highly recommend her place. Nice and comfortable apartment close to all amenities.

We found the place really comfortable, close to shops, transport and restaurants. The complex was really quite and secure. The apartment was light and airy with good ventilation. It was clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay

Melinda is a very friendly lady who bring us out for nice dessert, accommodating to our request. She allowed us to stay few more hours in the apartment due to our flight delay. The house was clean and new. The location of the apartment is good as it is near to town and even to fremantle. The neighbours around the apartment were friendly too. Great stay there.

I had such a great stay at Kathlene's place, so much so that I kept extending my time there. It was better than it looks in the photos, and very clean, its in a great location too I thought. Kathlene was wonderful to communicate with, any time I got in touch about staying longer etc, she would reply within an hour almost always. Very efficient, I was impressed. Kathelene was right at her apartment to welcome us early morning. Everthing was more than what has been described. It was like staying at ur home experience. The apartment was neat tidy n was fully stocked up with stuff you need. From microwave to fridge heating system everything was there. She was kind enough to leave washing detergents n spices too :). We stayed there for 1 full week with our 12 month baby n we didn't get to face any problem. Kathelene was generous to answer my fone calls. . . Overall it was a ver good experience at kathelene apartment.

Die Unterkunft von Julian und Lukas liegt zwar ein bisschen außerhalb von Perth, aber mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell in Perth city. Alles war sauber und die beiden offen und nett. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert!

For the money you can't go wrong, very cheap, it has wifi and the essentials. Shanaeya and the other guests living in the house are lovely. My preference in future would be to stay in a place where there is only 1 or 2 other people rather than a few but that isn't their fault. Highly recommended budget accommodation :)
