A home away from home. Clean, quiet, bright and just lovely. Reasonably close to Armagh and Portadown (10-15 minutes by car). Plus you can see the cows grazing from the bedroom window :) Would recommend!

William was very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely suite and we would definitely stay there again :)

Williams place is a superb beautifully finished 1 bed apartment with fully kitted kitchen that comes with a full 4 ring hob and oven, microwave, fridge, plates, pots, pans, etc. pretty much anything you need. The living room has a small dining table comfy sofa and nice big flat screen TV with a ton of channels. The apartment also comes with a full bathroom, including bath, electric shower, etc. The bedroom comes with a super comfy bed. There’s excellent Wi-Fi and underground heating also so you’re never left wanting here. William and his wife are so welcoming and two of the nicest people you’ll have the pleasure of meeting. They were there if we needed anything at all but we didn’t see them much as this is an entire home let and we were so well set up. We were there for a week and can’t recommend it highly enough.

This stay saw Irish hospitality at its finest! We found the Harnetts to be extremely warm, generous & considerate people. We arrived by bus on a Sunday afternoon; thus there was no local bus service or car rental agencies open. Anne & Michael were there to pick us up. A lovely, warm, clean & well appointed apartment awaited us in Waringstown. Fresh milk, fruit bread, & butter welcomed us. Cupboards were stocked with fresh ground coffee & tea and all the condiments that we might need-oils & vinegars, spices, jams. Detergents for dishes and clothing were supplied as well as numerous toiletries in the extra large bathroom. Waringstown is a lovely picturesque old village with many old homes in and around the village to explore. Within a 3 minute walk was a well stocked grocer, a wine merchant and a restaurant. As well we shopped at the butchery & green grocer right below our apartment. It is situated close enough to Craigavon that the car rental agency could pick us up on Monday morning and bring us back at the end of our week. It was a great hub for exploring the various villages of Armagh, where my grandmother was born and the larger historical centres of Hillsborough, Dromore and Armagh City. And the history of the area is fascinating. At the end of the week we had a ferry to catch out of Belfast. We were worried that public transportation would not get us there in time. No problem. Mr. Harnett & Will were at our apartment at 7:15am to drive us to the ferry docks. Such kindness and generosity. We cannot say enough good things about our lodgings and our hosts. They went far beyond what anyone would expect. Thank you Anne, Michael & Will from the bottom of our hearts. Janie & Michael

We stayed in late August (4 adults) and had a great time. The flat is well located in a quiet and nice area and close to different attractions. Will and Anne are very kind and we got information about how to arrive there and have flexibility on arrivals and departures times. The flat has everything and is fully furnished and clean. Bathroom has toiletries in case you forget something, towels, shampoo, soap, hair drier etc, kitchen is well equip ed too with coffee, tea bags, sugar, oil etc. There is a pub, a shop and a little restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. Leaflets and tour information booklets available in the flat. Does not have wi-fi access and phone/mobile reception is bad so you have to go out the flat to get some signal. We recommend this place if you want a clean, nice, easy accessible and near to different attractions accommodation. Five stars, we enjoyed our stay.

Will and his father made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable - both were warm and generous. The apartment was better than described - every detail had been considered, and it was extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. It's a wonderful location to roam around the countryside and visit small Irish villages. It has our highest recommendation and we would return in a heartbeat. Well done Will.

We had a lovely time in this cozy apartment. It has everything you need and by car(!) you can reach most everything really quickly. Be it Belfast, Lurgan, Craigavon, Oxford Island or even things like Hillsborough Castle. On the groundfloor is a tiny farmer's market which we sadly didn't get the time to check out because of the bank holiday but it looked nice. The apartment is small but has a lot of charm. The living room is Paris themed and if you let your eyes wander I'm sure you find an Eiffle Tower here and there and everywhere. And we have nothing but good words for our hosts. Warmly welcomed us and Will even checked up on us all the way from London. Thanks so much guys we'll make sure to come again!

Diane's studio apartment was perfect and beautifully decorated. It was spacious with its own living room area and kitchen. Myself and my brother stayed here as we were traveling up for a wedding. We each had a double bed as the couch folded out to a very cosy bed. Diane also had gone the extra mile by leaving out the wifi code, providing tea, coffee, bread, cereal, juice, water, chips and even cookies in the kitchen (which we weren't expecting, so that was lovely). The space also had a TV, so we enjoyed a cup of tea and telly watching after the wedding ceremony before heading off to the wedding reception. Diane as a host was also so thoughtful, she offered us a lift to the wedding reception up the road, which was great. Diane also was great with her communication before the stay on organising times we were expected etc.. All in all a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. Nice to have your own space too. Peter was a great host - friendly and helpful (when I asked for a recommendation for a dinner spot, he showed me right to a wonderful restaurant instead of just giving directions - now that's above and beyond!). The apartment was neat and clean and comfortable, very close to the city centre but in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great views down over the countryside! I can happily recommend Peter as a fantastic AirBnB host for anyone looking to travel to Newry.

We had a great stay at Peter and Kate's place. They accommodated us at last minute on New Year's Eve- Thankyou! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the small touches like bread and milk and the large fluffy towels.. Friendly and fun hosts..

Peter's place is in a great location and easy to access. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. It was super clean too. The bedroom is nicer than the pics & the bed is super comfy. I would highly recommend this place for a couple. Thanks Eilis & Alan :)

Our stay was fantastic, Peter was a very friendly, helpful host who went over and above to ensure our time in Newry was enjoyable. A nice little flat to rest your head in a stunning part of the country.

Peter and Kate were wonderful hosts. We didn't have much time to spend with them, but really enjoyed a nice chat and a drink. Peter was very patient with our spotty communication due to lack of cell service, and stayed up late to let us in. The apartment was easy to find and in a good location for our adventures throughout Co Down. The apt was very clean and spacious, and the bed was nice! Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay in Julie's beautiful apartment. Great, older home with big rooms. Amazing views over the lough through the front windows. Kitchen well equipped. Julie went the extra mile and provided bread/milk/cakes for us on arrival. Great communication. Noisy road in front of apartment but that doesn't affect the bedrooms because they are at the back. Would definitely stay again.

very nice and clean appartment with large and quiet bedrooms. Nice view from the dining room but the road front of the House is noisy. no bed in this part of appartment. kitchen well equipped for 6 persons. Soap, washing products, vacuum cleaner ....are available. A lot of paths near warrenpoint : ring of gullion, murlough bay, silent valley, killbroney park, harbour of kilkeel, walks on thé waterfront in the evening: we have seen seals! !! we sent a good week in Julie and Rob s House.

Julie was a great host....very attentive and easy to work with. It was really nice to have some basic essentials in the kitchen for our stay. The view was fabulous especially on a clear day. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need.

A truly unique experience in a breathtaking setting. The staff in the hotel next door were absolutely amazing. The house itself is a maze of wonderful rooms and the attention to detail was impressive. Warrenpoint is going to be a yearly thing.

Great place to stay with fantastic views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne mountains. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with some lovely details. Our host Julie was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again.

Teresa was very friendly and helpful and her home is beautiful. The space was perfect - it is a separate building from the main house with its own front door. Very quiet, very comfortable bed, great shower, has a mini kitchenette and ensuite with a great shower. It was the perfect place to rest after a long hike. Teresa had even left food for us for the morning which was really appreciated. Omeath is a few km outside Carlingford and a much quieter location, which suited us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a perfect room. So clean, everything is brand new with an extremely comfortable bed lovely bathroom, big tv and kitchen area. Pefect for a trip to carlingford. And the hosts couldnt have been nicer even offering us a lift into town. I will definitely stay here again.

I can recommend this accommodation. Room was really nice, romantic, everything was clean. It's on quiet place. Theresa and her husband was really nice. They also helped us with small problems. If you looking for accommodation on quiet place near OMETH (Co Louth) , that is the best place for you.
