The lower level of a beautiful townhouse in the heart of the Beltline, in downtown Calgary. This suite has its own entrance and is set up with anything you could possibly need. Located just 3 short blocks from trendy 17th avenue, you will have no shortage of things to do during your stay! We are also really close to the downtown core and Stampede grounds. No cleaning fee AND free covered garage parking!
The suite is newly renovated and created with Airbnb guests in mind. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom area by a half wall, allowing for more of an entire house feel within a studio suite. The TV is equipped with basically ever channel and Netflix is setup so you can watch from in your bed or from the living/dining areas. We have recently upgraded the wifi to the best we could get!
The house is located near pretty much everything including one of our favourite spots Bottlescrew Bill's Pub (140 10 Avenue SW). You will receive a 20% discount when you visit. Just let the staff know you're our guest!!

Pls take off shoes!! Lock door coming in and going out. Press the lock button when going out! The room is located on the top floor in a four split house. The bathroom is located in front of the room and it’s all yours to use. I have my own, and another full bathroom downstairs being used by my renter who is occupying the room downstairs. It is close to bus stop that will take you to C-train. Airport is 20 minutes drive. You can access the full kitchen and the living room. There’s Netflix.
Clean, quiet, and cozy house with only me and a renter with her 3 yr old. You will have lots of privacy!
Quiet old neighbourhood in the Temple area.

Our place is close to 17th Ave, Stampede Grounds, and downtown. You’ll love our place because it was just completely renovated! Our place has a separate entrance, laundry machine & dryer and we don't charge a cleaning fee.
Our space was just completely renovated. We have all the necessary cooking appliances, if needed. The highlight of our renovation was definitely our bathroom. Our guests have loved our bathroom, especially the shower.
Our neighbourhood is considered Connaught or the Beltline area. Connaught being the community and the Beltline being the general area. The Beltline area is basically a rectangle. A few blocks north is downtown, a few blocks south is 17th ave which is where a lot of the bars and pubs are. To the east you have the Stampede grounds and the confluence of our two beautiful rivers. Our location is as central as you can get in Calgary!

    This tiny yet charming condo has a large balcony overlooking down town. It can fit up to 3 travellers (there is a pull-out couch), is centrally located - just off popular 17th ave, and minutes from shops, entertainment, night life, parks, transit, sports facilities and urgent care.

    17th Avenue is a very desirable area of Calgary with an abundance of shops, cafés and entertainment nearby. Our condo is a 10 minute walk to the downtown core and Stephen's Ave, where there is an upscale mall (with Holt Renfrew) and plenty of dining. The C-train, Stampede grounds and Talisman Sports Centre are also a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, there are a variety of parks, river pathways in the area. Eau Claire Market and Prince's Island Park are about a 35 minute walk north, which is a gorgeous area to wander around in the summer - with shops, dining and a splash park for children to enjoy. The Elbow river is around a 15 minute walk south of me and is great for its running pathways, parks, BBQ pits and rafting during summer months.

    Light breakfast is provided and we have your own Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, and kettle that are available in the suite at all times for the guests. There is no door separating the basement from the upstairs.

    This a bright and clean, walk-out basement suite, located in NW Calgary on a quiet crescent and backs on to green-space offering a more private feel. Located 15-20 min drive from: Canada Olympic Park, YYC airport, U of C, Market Mall, Childrens' Hospital and much more. Easy access to the mountains. Beacon Heights Shopping Center is walking distance. Starbucks, clothes shopping, restaurants and Costco.
    The unit is a private suite with private entrance, 1 bedroom, one bathroom, with several west facing large windows making it feel like a main floor unit. 9' ceilings and modern décor add to the unit. The bed in the bedroom is a queen. There is a second double bed in the unit, as well as a twin hide-a-bed. The exterior (more of a benefit in the summer months of course) features a 300sq ft patio with furniture, bbq, night lighting and eating table. The hot tub that you may see in some of the photos is currently under repair for the winter/spring. Will update when the issue is resolved. One couch is a pull-out hide-a-bed. Honestly its not the most comfortable for an adult but for children it is acceptable. Kitchenette includes most small appliances needed to make a meal including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plates with pots and pans and all dishes. Basic exercise equipment available upon request. Spa Lady and Good Life gyms within walking distance.
    This unit is located in "suburbia" Calgary. Calgary is a very large city so make sure you know where you need to travel before booking. Please feel free to email with any questions regarding travel. The "c-train" (above ground commuter train) can be accessed with a 10 minute drive to access many areas of the city. If you are looking for nightlife or walking to attractions please look closer to the downtown core for your accommodations.

Banff is just an hour away and it's a 45 min drive to the mountains of Kananaskis Country. The city of Calgary is only 15 minutes from Cochrane, and the towns of Bragg Creek and Black Diamond make nice day trips.

In the colder months, relax in bed by the fireplace, or kick back on the couch with a good book by the (other!) fireplace; in the warmer months, enjoy an evening drink by the fire pit, al fresco.
    Private entrance, with electronic code lock. Self Check-in. Stairs to get to the apartment. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove top, small convection oven, microwave, mini-fridge– everything you need to cook just about anything unless you are planning to bake a turkey dinner. The pull out couch (a double) is in the living room and faces the fireplace. Toys are available if you are bringing little ones. Media player is connected to the television for you to access Netflix, etc. via wifi.
    Go for a walk and take in a rocky mountains' view in less than four minutes. Go for coffee or a movie and/or shop for clothing, artisanal cupcakes, liquor, groceries and much more at Crowfoot Corner. Avoid traffic and access Banff quickly, or drive downtown in less than 20 minutes (less than 45 by public transportation).

  • La suite estava molt neta, decorada molt i acollidora. La xemeneia de la sala principal escalfa tot el soterrani i la xemeneia del dormitori també és agradable. Només desitjo els coixins del dormitori on millor. Hi havia molts coixins decoratius, però els coixins per dormir eren plans. No hi havia una cafetera, però hi havia k-cup. El bany estava escumós net que aprecio. Els meus fills i jo vam estar molt a gust a l’espai.

Perfect 4 business because of the desk area, amenities, internet, WiFi, cable TV & spaces to relax & unwind. Stay a day, a week, a month or a year!
    This home is 4 bedrooms and all 4 could be booked when you stay, so please keep that in mind. We don't live at the property so you will enter on your own with a key code. This bedroom is the master and has a queen size bed and a 3 piece en-suite just for you. There is lots of closet space in the walk-in closet and the washroom has a granite counter top and beautifully tiled shower with amazing shower head. Bathroom also has tons of cupboard space. There is also a 40" tv with cable in your room for your viewing pleasure. Shared spaces when other rooms are also booked include a walkout Lounge room with 55" TV with cable, kitchen and office space. DO NOT USE WALKOUT BATHROOM, this is the private bathroom of room number 4. Entire home has wi-fi and hi-speed internet.
    Our neighborhood is great for getting around and going for a stroll. There is a park right behind our house and there is a great spot to sit and have a picnic or just relax and read a book by the pond and Harvest Hills park is just a couple of blocks away. If you head towards 96 ave there is also Confluence Park and nose creek park which are amazing for walking, biking, jogging or just sitting at the benches at the view points and enjoying nature. Food, pubs, drugstores, Tim Horton's etc is all walk-able or a super quick drive away. we are a short drive or 3 km jog away from Vivo Recreation center and 8 minute drive away from the airport. there is also a climbing gym and a trampoline facility, right by the airport too. super fun!!!
