We are situated in Kwa Zulu-Natal on the border of the Umtamvuna Reserve.
The powerful energy pervading our beautiful retreat, as well as the breath-taking views of the Umtamvuna River valley, mouth and beach, make it an immediate choice for anyone wanting to heal themselves or experience a powerful spiritual experience.
Our holistic approach to life focuses on providing a tranquil escape from the everyday stresses. A clear mind, healthy body and positive mental attitude harmonises the mind and emotions. At God’s Window we offer you the opportunity to slow down, reflect and recharge.
God's Window Studio is a glass and wood structure that overlooks the beautiful sub-tropical jungle gardens.
The studio is lifted off the forest floor, so as to have minimum impact on the surrounding natural environment. The studio is surrounded by glass ‘walls’ and features large sliding windows allowing for uninterrupted views of large forest trees and the ground cover below. The studio comprises a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area. The studio is ideal for couples, anniversaries or honeymoons.
View the endangered Samango monkey, various bird species and duikers from inside your private forest ‘glass house.’ At night listen to the sounds of the forest. Due to the studio being on the hillside of the forested area that overlooks Umtamvuna River mouth, wetlands and the ocean in the distance, the studio is entered from 2 sides of the estate with a minimum of 65 steps from the parking bay to the studio. There are enough water tanks available in case of any municipal water interruptions.
