Lovely traditional 4 Star Manx fisherman's stone cottage located in the heart of Peel Conservation area. Close to stunning beaches and pubs, restaurants and local shops/ amenities. This Manx Tourism registered 2 bedroomed self catering cottage accommodates 4 comfortably in a king sized bedroom and double bedroom. We are open all year round, available for short breaks with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Children over 5 are welcome and so are up to 2 well behaved smaller breed dogs/ service dogs.
The cottage is a recently renovated but traditional property with a new bathroom and kitchen. Full central heating, bed linen and towels are provided along with tea and coffee (and a welcome pack for stays of 3 days or longer), dog towels/ bowls etc. There is a multifuel stove for winter nights. The bathroom is compact but has a bath with an electric shower above the bath, w.c and basin with shaver point. The cottage accommodation is set over 2 storeys (ground floor lounge and kitchen dining and small outside sitting area/ bike store, first floor bedrooms and bathroom) with 12 fairly steep steps. Because of the constraints of size and the stairs, the cottage would not be suitable for full time wheelchair users or some mobility problems.
The cottage is located on a quiet one way street close to the town centre and beach. Peel is simply beautiful in itself. Whatever the weather there are places to to eat, drink and to go to. My favourites are the beaches and walks around the castle with views out to Ireland and Scotland across an ever changing sea- with a hot coffee and freshly caught seafood from the breakwater kiosk to complete the treat. For those who like good food there are several excellent restaurants in Peel, good pub grub and craft beers. The House of Manannan visitor centre which is open all year is an excellent starting point for learning of the story of Mann. Adventurous Experiences offer kayaking/ coasteering trips from Fenella Beach

Harry's Cottage is situated in the heart of old Peel in the Isle of Man, less than one minute's walk from the beach and promenade. The cottage can accommodate 2/4 people, with a well-apportioned double bedroom upstairs, and a double sofa bed in the downstairs living area. With off-street parking and easy access to public transport, Harry's Cottage is the ideal place from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Man.
Harry's Cottage is named after a well-known local fishmonger in Peel and the cottage was renovated out of the former filleting rooms, where Harry carried out his daily work. There is a fully equipped country style kitchen complete with Belfast sink, full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a double sofa bed and dining table and there is a convenient downstairs W.C. The entire ground floor benefits from underfloor heating. Upstairs the traditional style bedroom and spacious en suite bathroom have stunning vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The double bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot or camp bed for younger guests (we can also provide a baby bath, highchair etc on request). The black and white tiled, traditional en suite bathroom features a roll top bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. Please note there is a 7 night minimum stay during high season.
Harry's Cottage is ideally situated right in the heart of Peel on the west coast of the Isle of Man. You will find yourself only a stone's throw from the local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as the marina, beach and castle. There are lots of places to walk and scenery to enjoy, with a lovely beach and promenade and many local coastal activities of interest. Peel has the Island's only Cathedral, and it is here visitors will find a variety of cultural and heritage interests, including a large ruined castle from 1392. Known as one of the most 'Manx' towns of the Island, Peel offers many local restaurants and shops. There is an old style feel to the place with many narrow streets and small houses near the coast. In the evening a stunning sunset may be seen, which is why Peel is also known as the Sunset City.

A family home in the heart of Peel, perfect for walkers, cyclists and tourists. The bus depot for all routes is 5 Minutes walk as well as the local shops and a supermarket. The beach, waterfront and marina is just 10 minutes walk.
We have a twin room with a private en suite shower room. We also have a further twin room and a small single room which have shared access to a large bathroom. Continental breakfast is provided.
Peel in Manx: Purt ny h-Inshey – means Port of the Island, is a picturesque seaside town and fishing port on the Isle of Man know as "The Sunset City". The town has two beaches, a beautiful castle and marina. The town has brilliant transport links to the rest of the island. There are lovely walks and quaint little streets. There are many places to eat and drink all within easy reach of our home. We highly recommend The Creek Inn, Harbour Lights Bistro and Filbey's Restaurant.

Quiet and tranquil most of the time, but right in the mix during the racing period of the Isle of Man TT and the Manx festival of Motor Cycling..
Out in the country-side, just off the end of the Cronk-y-Voddy Straight, on the TT Track's 11th Milestone. Outside of bike racing periods, very quiet and tranquil. There are other cottages on the property, so you may have neighbour’s of your own.

The Fuchsias is a spacious Mobility 3 graded well equipped self-catering cottage situated with three other cottages in a recently renovated barn conversion. Close to the spectacular west coast of the Isle of Man with coastal paths, secluded bays, hills and panoramic views on the doorstep. It is the perfect location for those looking for a quiet and peaceful base to experience the great outdoors. The Fuchsias sleeps six people in three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom is a twin room, and the two first floor bedrooms can be configured either as a super-kingsize double room, or as a twin bedroom. The ground floor is wheelchair friendly and features an accessible wet room, the property is equipped with the nurse call pull cord system in the ground floor rooms. There is underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump. The cottage shares a gym, sauna and steam room with the other cottages in the barn conversion which can be booked for private use at various times during your stay. This is under development and is aiming to be open by August 2018. Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, original features, south facing aspect and the history. The cottage is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island.
This is a compact 1900 traditional stone built Manx cottage which is ideal for two people but can accommodate four with a second small bedroom containing adult size bunk beds. The galley kitchen is well appointed and includes a washing machine and a small dining area. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a newly fitted walk in shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the small second bedroom has bunk beds for two people. On arrival the beds are freshly made and towels provided. The garden has a patio and space equipped for outdoor dining. This area catches the sun due to it's south facing aspect. Off-road parking can accommodate two cars. The shed offers secure storage for motorbikes and cycles. The cottage is situated on a bend and care should be taken when reversing into the drive and only turn left on exit.
This is a rural location, one third of a mile from St Johns. Sited near the Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath which runs along the disused railway line. The TT course is one mile away with the nearest vantage point being Ballacraine corner.

Nestled within 40 acres of our farm land in the beautiful Glen Maye national glen and only a short walk from your door to the lovely Glen Maye beach. Detached country cottage comprising one double bedroom and one single bedroom each with luxury en-suite shower rooms, fitted wardrobes and exposed A’frames. Downstairs the cottage comprises porch and entrance hall, leading off to the kitchen and lounge. The lounge features a large traditional Manx fireplace with wood burning stove, tiled floors with rugs, comfy sofas, T.V. DVD, iPhone/doc & free Wifi. The kitchen is fully fitted with oak units, granite work tops, belfast sink and all appliances, including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, dining table and chairs. The cottage is centrally heated with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Outside the cottage is surrounded with large lawned and gravelled gardens parking for 2 cars and garden furniture. A welcome pack is provided including tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread, biscuits & bottle of wine.
The village of Glen Maye is situated on the beautiful West coast of the island about a ten minute drive from the town of Peel. Well known for it’s spectacular Waterfall and lovely beach it is also a great starting point for many of the islands coastal and moorland footpaths. Step out of your door onto the beach track that leads you through a breathtaking gorge down to the beach. A mixture of sand and pebbles, rock pools and caves. Steeped in history and legend, many traditional tales originated from this area.

They have recently been renovated and converted to provide a spacious self-catering holiday cottage for 4/6 people, with laundry and storage facilities. The area is fresh clean air ,hardly any traffic Tucked away yet only a 15-20 min walk to peel promenade 5 minutes drive where is some of the islands best restaurants. People come back year after year for this peace and quiet but not isolated . The bird life Is in abundance In the gardens So you can relax on the sun loungers and listen to there songs or over the hedge is the sheep and lambs .Book soon so not disappointed .

The village of Glen Maye is situated on the beautiful West coast of the island about a ten minute drive from the town of Peel. Well known for it’s spectacular Waterfall and lovely beach it is also a great starting point for many of the islands coastal and moorland footpaths. Step out of your door onto the beach track that leads you through a breathtaking gorge down to the beach. A mixture of sand and pebbles, rock pools and caves. Steeped in history and legend, many traditional tales originated from this area. Getting around Peel 5 Minutes by car The coastal town of Peel is dominated by the fabulous 11th Century Peel Castle located on St Patricks Isle. Peel is a lovely traditional Manx town with narrow streets, shops, restaurants, fascinating harbour, large sandy beach and award winning museum ‘The House of Manannan’. Book a fishing trip or take a trip to see the basking sharks, seals and dolphins. St Johns 10 Minutes by car Tynwald Hill at St John’s is the traditional ancient meeting place of the Manx parliamentary assembly, dating back at least to the late first millennium AD. In the village you will find a local pub and excellent vegetarian restaurant. Just behind the hill you will find Tynwald Mills designer shopping centre, clothing, furniture, homeware, local crafts, gourmet food delicatessen, beauty products, jewellery, toys and lovely cafes. Niarbyl Visitor Centre 5 Minutes by car Situated on the coastal footpath from Glen Maye, Niarbyl is set on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the Isle of Man. In Manx, the name ‘Niarbyl’ means ‘the tail’, and refers to Niarbyl’s unique tail of rocks jutting out into the Irish Sea. Enjoy the views from the Niarbyl cafe and restaurant. Discover quaint thatched cottages at the seashore. Follow the coastal footpath to discover an 8th Century Chapel and the secluded beaches beyond.

Beautiful restored old fisherman's cottage on the seafront in Peel. Approximately 20 paces to the beach for a paddle. Beautiful views of the Viking castle from both bedrooms, living and dining rooms. West facing for the best beach sunsets.
The property is situated directly on the promenade, a few steps from the beach. It consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, whilst upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. To the rear there is a sunny cottage garden with rear access for bikes.
Located on the west coast of the Isle of Man, Peel is a thriving Manx fishing post with a marine heritage that spans hundreds of years. The village is known by locals as the ‘Sunset City’ due to its stunning views of the sun setting over the Irish Sea. Such views can be enjoyed during a sunset walk along the beach or from the comfort of the cottage which affords excellent views across the horizon. The property also overlooks the magnificent ruins of Peel Castle, located on St Patrick’s Isle. This ancient ruin dominates the landscape of Peel. The property is located directly on the promenade, where you can enjoy the fantastic sandy beach whilst tasting some of the best ice cream in the Isle of Man! During your stay in Peel you can also visit the Island’s only cathedral, the famous Manx kipper curers, the home of the worlds smallest roadworthy car and, with luck, spot an illusive Basking Shark!

The Hawthorns is a spacious and well equipped self-catering cottage situated with three other cottages in a recently renovated barn conversion. Close to the spectacular west coast of the Isle of Man with coastal paths, secluded bays, hills and panoramic views on the doorstep. It is the perfect location for those looking for a quiet and peaceful base to experience the great outdoors. The Hawthorns sleeps six people in three bedrooms, which are on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms can be configured either as a super-kingsize double room, or as a twin bedroom. The first floor offers beautiful countryside views with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a large high ceiling living room with exposed beams and a wood burning stove. There is underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump. The cottage shares a gym, sauna and steam room with the other cottages in the barn conversion which can be booked for private use at various times during your stay. This is under development and is aiming to be open by August 2018. For larger groups this property can be booked alongside "The Swallows" and "The Fuchsias" which are interlinking and each also sleep 6 people. Also, close by within the Complex is "Woodside" which sleeps 4 people.
