Nice house and very accommodating hostess! She actually upgraded us to a different room, which turned out to be her bedroom! Lovely lady with four beautiful and friendly cats that she keeps outside for those with allergies.

For the short time that we were staying, Anna did everything in her power to make us feel welcome. She had cookies out for us even though we arrived late. She had breakfast on the table when we awoke—a filling and delicious meal. She even had towels folded and on our beds when we arrived—very professional. Comfortable and quiet place to stay. Anna is welcoming and fun to talk with. The home is older but clean. Basic cable was available in the room. Mattress was comfortable. I appreciated the light breakfast and coffee. Anna has a Kurig so bring your favorite K-Cup.

My second time with Anna was as enjoyable as my first. Her generous hospitality makes staying in the quiet town of Parma a treat. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of freeway travel and city life you can't go wrong with Anna's place.

Anna's house was lovely and exactly as described, the communication in advance was great. A friend and me stayed only for a short night but Anna made sure we would feel comfortable and had anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with her.

Secluded, small farming community and close enough for good food, movies, and night light's. Plenty of history in Treasure Valley to see. Anna is a very warm, caring, loving person and it shows in the care of her home and how she treats her guests. I feel her motto is: This is your vacation time, sit back and relax, no need to lift a finger. One will be well taken care of by her.

Anna and her family are well established in the farming community of Parma. Very knowledgeable about the whole area. She hospitable shared her insights with me. Anna's place is charming and well ordered. It was an honor to be invited into her home. While I was there, she provided hospitality for a family of three, including two small children, with aplomb, just as she did for me.

The house was perfect for two couples!! Three bedrooms - 2 bath - fully stocked kitchen! Beds were very comfortable and I have a bad back and I slept like a baby!! Best yet was the house was CLEAN!! Jim has been a great host, and very accommodating as well. I've stayed at both of his places, long term. They are recently remodeled with full amenities and very nice. Great place! The setting is pretty and the home is quiet and relaxing. Home is a good size for several people to be comfortable. Owners were very easy to work with,from beginning to end!

The beds were all very comfy and even had electric blankets if needed. Anna even had a real breakfast for us which I wasn't expecting but certainly appreciated. I'd certainly go again.

Anna definitely deserves her super host status! She accepted us in with a last minute reservation and very late arrival. All parts of the house we were in were clean and our room was cozy. The bed is incredibly comfortable! We were able to sleep in a bit and even though Anna had to leave for work before we were up, she left a delicious breakfast for us. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Parma may not be a big travel destination and it's a little off the main freeway but it is still a convenient place to stopover if your driving along 84 and we would gladly stay here again.

A beautiful home with a gorgeous backdrop! Absolutely perfect for mine and my husbands short getaway from the kiddos while we visited for a friend's wedding. Super easy to work with and a great location (minus the snow that my yukon got stuck in). Before arriving it had snowed all day and I showed up a half hour after the snow stopped, with the fear of having to shovel the walk but to my suprise it was already done!

This was our 1st Airbnb experience, and it couldn't have been better. With the HUGE Southwest Air fiasco-getting in many hours late, our host were there to let us in-an it was very close to midnight. Everything about this spot was just as described. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Came into town to visit family in Caldwell and this place was much closer than any hotel/motel I could find making it very convenient for us. Wifi worked better than most hotels as well and watching Netflix on a tablet was smooth so we didn't even miss a TV.

This was the perfect location and house for us! The Lilac Cottage was exactly as pictured and I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner home! We enjoyed sitting on the back patio listening to the sounds of this well established neighborhood while relaxing with a good book. I highly recommend this the Lilac Cottage and wish it were available for my next trip to the area!

The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Caldwell itself was very cute. We were only staying the night so we didn't explore too much. Everything at the cottage was clean and comfortable. It was nice to get in and out without any trouble. Rhoda was very sweet and accommodating for us!

We loved Rhoda's place! My husband is still talking about how perfect it was. We were a group of 5 and all slept comfortably. The beds were awesome! We were pleasantly surprised by farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us to use in the morning. I appreciate that she opened up her house for us, even though it was just one night. We arrived just in time for the local rodeo, which added some fun to the experience. All in all, it was perfect.

The host has done a nice job of preparing a clean and tidy home for rental. The den has large cozy furniture which was great for reading or playing board games. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood. They were kind to have some basic breakfast food for us which was very convenient. Rhoda communicated with us very well and quickly. Overall they were hospitable but stayed out of our way.

Rhoda was a lovely host. We had homemade oatmeal raisin cookies waiting for us when we checked in. The house was clean ad accurately depicted in the photos. My family and I enjoyed the bikes in the garage and the numerous trails around the neighborhood. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the area.
