“Home of Liverpool FC. Our house is a 15 minute drive by car to Anfield Stadium, however on match days allow an hour due to increased traffic near the stadium. Alternatively, the journey takes 45 minutes to 1 hour by public transport.”

History Museum
“World Museum is the oldest of the museums and galleries operated by National Museums Liverpool. It first opened on 8 March 1853! It has expanded to become one of the great museums of the British regions, with collections and displays of life sciences, earth sciences and human cultures around the world. Really brilliant place for a super day out... Apart from some of the exhibitions (currently The Terracotta Warriors) this museum is free and fabulous.... an aquarium, bug house, dinosaurs, planetarium... you will not want to leave... ”

“Its really, really old, its packed with historic tales of intrigue and there is always something going on...particularly stunning at Christmas time, but on a spring day sitting in the grounds of this ancient building brings time to a standstill. There is a Falconry in the grounds and recently the Central Tower opened to the public. ”
