We offer you a warm welcome at Bay Tree Cottage with a tour of the property to show you how the cottage works and leave you with a welcoming Yorkshire tea tray. If we are not able to greet you, there are very clear instructions about the property on the breakfast bar should we not be available to greet you, and you collect the keys yourself from the key safe..... Bay Tree Cottage is 20 minutes from historic Beverley and Hull city of Culture 2017. The cottage is ideal for a country weekend away or it also provides quick and easy access to Hull as a work base (which is why we live next door!) The instantly 'at home' cottage has a sitting room/dining room with feature fire place (with easy to use coal effect gas fire), traditional cupboards to the side housing tourist information, books on the area, and games. TV and internet connection. Beamed kitchen with breakfast bar with access to a lovley sunny, walled courtyard garden. A really cosy room bedroom with attractive county fireplace, filled with logs and cones. Sunny spacious bathroom with shower over bath. The charming courtyard garden is full of birdlife, even a bird box camera to watch on the TV! There are herbs growing right outside the kitchen door for your use and we provide a veg basket during your stay. The pretty courtyard has flower boarders, table and chairs, bench and sunbeds. Being south facing the courtyard gets the sun all day and is totally gorgeous in the late afternoon/evening sun. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst cooking up your feast on the log BBQ! The utility room has washer, drier, ironing board, iron, plus extra fridge/freezer. Cycle lockup. Lovely walking from the door through the park with lake and stream close by. The North Cave Wetlands are 5 minutes walk away and boast wonderful birdlife including Avocets. Village shop and pub are only 5 minutes walk away and Drewtons farm shop and restaurant can be walked to, or a short drive away. Lots of choice for food shopping with good supermarkets 5, 10 and 15 minutes away. Nordham is well located for a varied holiday with countyside, coast and city all within easy access. Beverley is only 20 minutes away by car and a fantastic drive to it on one of the best roads to view the Vale of York from the top of the Wolds. Hull, city of culture in 2017 has much to see and do including the Deep, its many museums, the Humber Bridge and great shopping. York is within 45 minutes with masses to see and do there. Nearness to the M62 means easy access: only 2 minutes away! Leeds and Sheffield are also easy to get to from the door. The great East Yorks coastline is only 35 minutes to Hornsea. Bempton Cliffs with fantastic seabirds including Puffins is a little further. Bridlington is 45 minutes, and Scarborough 55 minutes away. Come and stay, you will love the location!

Lovely spacious king sized room with ensuite facility. The room is located on the second floor of our detached house and you will have sole access to this area. The room is big enough to accommodate a settee and tv so guests can use this space to relax an unwind. The house is at the bottom end of a quiet cul de sac at the southern end of the village. There are two fantastic pubs within walking distance and there are lots of walks, cycling, routes right on the door step.
Located in the lovely village of Newbald on the Wolds Way. A spacious king size bedroom with ensuite facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with a settee and tv. You will have sole access to the second floor. There is also an additional single room on that floor so we would consider families or additional members of the group however we have got no facilities to accommodate young children (for example stair gates etc) . If you are intersted in this room please just message us.
Quiet culdesac location at the southern end of the village. This room is located in a beautiful hamlet in the East Riding if Yorkshire. It is situated approx 12 miles from Hull city centre and 7 miles from Beverley. The Yorkshire wolds way is right on our door step with day/stage 2 usually departing from this location. The village is blessed to be in the middle of some fantastic walking and cycling territory. If you love the outdoors this place will definitely not disappoint.

You are welcome to stay in my home where you can access a private double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. My home is in a quiet location on the Trans Pennine Trail and is within walking distance of the train station at Brough and also to the bus station in Elloughton. It is within a couple of minutes drive to the A63 which has easy access to Hull and the M62. It is also a short taxi ride to local wedding venues such as Cave Castle, Little Wold Vineyard & Rowley Manor.
You have access to a private double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and also downstairs there is a private living space available with log burner and TV. You can also use the kitchen to cook and dine in or if I have food on the go make a small contribution towards the evening meal. A light breakfast is provided.
Elloughton is a large village next to Brough and Welton within a minutes drive of the A63. It offers easy access to Hull and the M62. Nearby there are supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes. It is convenient for access to the Trans Pennine Trail and the Wolds Way. (Secure bike storage is available)

Horseshoe Cottage is a charming & cosy cottage in rural Nordham, on the edge of Wolds countyside. Lovely walking, wildlife & loads to do! M62 two mins, Beverley 20 mins. Perfectly situated for a varied holiday/20 mins from Hull. Working or playing, it's brilliantly located.
Horseshoe Cottage is a cosy, comfortable cottage for 5, but can sleep up to 7. With 2 bathrooms, the cottage is easy to use and has TVs in the sitting room, dining room and master bedroom. It can also interlink with Bay Tree Cottage next door to give spacious accommodation for up to 9. Horseshoe is really well located to make the most of East Yorkshire, the lovely wolds countyside, but is easy to access via the M62 and is close to Beverley and Hull and York and the coast is within 45 mins.
Nordham is quiet and residential and as good as it gets! On the edge of perfect countryside with a shop, pub, and playground in the village, a short walk away. M62 2 mins away and the city, coast and countryside all within very easy reach.

It's a beautiful, Idyllic spot. Drive to the local historic market towns and The Medieval City of York or simply jump straight on to the local public footpath network, minutes from your door and walk to Newbold, Sancton, Goodmanham and beyond. There's lots of pubs and cafe's along the way too. In the Summer there'll be polo to watch on Wednesday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays too.

The farm has the Yorkshire Wolds Way running through so is great for walkers and those wanting to embrace the countryside
A car is a must for a visit to Low Hunsley Farm. There are no public transport links and we are a rural location. We have recently been awarded a 4 Star Gold Award by Visit England

At Low Hunsley Farm, we have converted our old grain stores into luxurious holiday apartments. They are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We are a rural location, the nearest village being 2 miles away, however we are a walker’s paradise with access from the farm onto the Yorkshire Wolds Way. We are also conveniently located for Beverley, York, Hull and the Yorkshire Coast. Our drive is half a mile to the main road. We have very little noise or light pollution.
Our two bedroom apartment offers super king size beds that can be split into singles. There is an outdoor space, comfortable lounge area and well equipped kitchen and dining area. The large garden area is shared with one other apartment. Parking is available directly outside the property
We offer peace, tranquility and lots of fresh air. Beverley, Hull, the Yorkshire Coast and York are easily accessible as are numerous pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

Ruth’s cottage is a gem, found in the pretty & quiet village of Hotham close to Beverley/Hull/York. Beams, Yorkshire flagstone & wood floors, a log burner in the cosy sitting room. A study gives somewhere to play games, read/work. Ruth’s is tastefully decorated in cottage style with Jim Lawrence lighting & country fabrics. Three bedrooms, & 2 new bathrooms are instantly appealing & accommodate a family/up to 3 couples with an extra bed. Hotham Arms’ great for beer/food is less than 2 mins walk.
The space is homely & welcoming. If you are looking for a sharp contemporary house, this is not it. That said, the bathrooms are brand new with top quality bathroom suites. The kitchen has a modern twist, working in cool grey with oak units. Throughout the cottage It’s cosy & comfortable, & hopefully we have thought of everything. Why not be the first to try it out? We’ve been in the holiday cottage world for over 15 years so have lots of experience at what makes a good holiday home.
Hotham is a quiet, peaceful village with lovely friendly neighbours, who stop for a chat when you are out walking. The pub is really characterful & the work of the late Jo Parky, who was such a character. It’s not crazy busy, so you can get a pint when you want one. There’s a shop in the next village at North Cave, a great 1 1/2mile walk through the park to get your paper & milk or an ice cream.

Our amazing apartment has two bedrooms with super king beds that can be split into singles. The property is well equipped with a comfortable lounge area, shower room, kitchen featuring fridge, oven and hot, dishwasher and washing machine. We are in a rural location approximately 2 miles from the nearest amenities and half a mile from the main road, however there are lots of delightful walks in the area. Our nearest town is historic Beverley which is 6 miles away. We are a working farm.
Here at Low Hunsley Farm, we have converted our range of traditional grain stores into apartments for holiday accommodation. The apartments are stylish, well equipped and exceptionally comfortable.We are located in a rural area and have access to the Wolds Way from our land. We are located conveniently for Beverley, Hull, York and the Yorkshire Coast
We offer peace and tranquility, no light pollution and plenty of fresh air. We are however in easy travelling distance of Beverley, Hull, York and the Yorkshire Coast. There is an abundance of wonderful pubs and restaurants locally and a good selection of supermarkets and takeaways.

Nestled in the grounds of The Drewton Estate, the cottage is perfectly situated for you to explore the surrounding Yorkshire Wolds, North York Moors and East Coast.
The Dairy and The Old Cowshed were sympathetically renovated in 2009 offering peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, and are equipped with all the modern comforts. Dating back to 1880, the cottages have developed to high standards, with great care to retain original beams and open brickwork, whilst modern comforts, such as eco-friendly heating, is provided by the biomass boiler using renewable energy from The Drewton Estate. We have a kennel for those that wish to bring their doggy companions, and in the interests of our guests' safety and comfort, smoking is not permitted in either of our holiday cottages. Whilst we do not usually allow pets inside the property, we can make allowances for well-behaved dogs, with a respect for not going on furniture and in the bedrooms, for an additional cleaning fee.
Guests have shared access to a tennis court, during the summer months, and can arrange shooting parties by appointment. Beauty, fitness, Nordic walking and reflexology appointments can be also be arranged on site, or very close by. Drewton's Farm Shop and Restaurant is located on The Drewton Estate and offers Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea plus delectable Delicatessen and Butcher departments, pantry, grocer and luxuries with gifts and local ales and spirits. The Manor Rooms launched in May 2019. Offering both elegant and rustic dining options, this exclusive purpose-built licensed venue has function rooms to cater for weddings and ceremonies, from 16 to 225 guests.
