The Coach House is an amazing place. Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a break away. The sofa and beds are just amazing! Very comfortable. The house is in a great location - quiet village, yet close to the centre. The house also has a lovely garden which is very well maintained. Jo is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was ever too much! Jo went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Friendly and great communication! This was a really great little house for our weekend trip and it was a shame we couldn't stay longer. Joanne was really welcoming and helpful, letting us know about the local area. The house was great, really spacious with a great living area and all very clean and tidy. I'd definitely stay there again!

Joanne and her husband were a great, friendly hosts. Due to my own circumstances, arrival timings were erratic and Joanne was very accommodating and helpful to make sure I got in alright. The Coach House was as described and was kept in a very clean and tidy manner. I would highly recommend a stay and if I am ever back in the area I would definitely come back.

Totally recommend Sylvia's place! Supermarkets, schools, health services and even a shopping are in walking distante and bus stop is right at the end of the street (frequent bus 15-20min to city centre). The house is located in a safe family-like neighbourhood and is exactly as decribed in the pictures, kept very neat and clean. Her kids are adorable and very well-behaved which reflects how she is as well. I feel like home :)

Dès mon arrivée j'ai été très bien accueilli, le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Sylvia et ses enfants sont très ouverts et disponibles, tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Le quartier est typique, avec les maisons en briques rouges, et bien desservi par des lignes de bus pour rejoindre le centre de Leeds, l'arrêt le plus proche est à ±5min à pieds de chez Sylvia. Enfin à une dizaine de minutes à pieds se trouve une grande surface où l'on trouve de tout.

Sylvie was a lovely lady and made every effort to make me feel at home, even when she was very busy. Her little lads were very funny and didn't make any fuss. The room was very good value for money, and the location was close to a bus stop which was great for me.

Returned to Sylvie's place and it was nice, as expected. She now rents two rooms.

Very nice host who made the stay very comfortable. Her sweet 3 little boys are super well-behaved. The house is nice and kept very clean. The neighborhood is fine and not too far from the centre - several bus lines go there directly and frequently (15-20mins). No. 1 directly to University.

John and Sarah were absolutely fantastic! They made us feel very welcomed. Place was absolutely lovely and kept it very nice and clean. Gave great advise about best places around Leeds and tips on moving into the town! Would definitely recommend staying at their place.

John was an excellent host. He, and Sarah were very hospitable and pointed out all things of interest. Very comfy bed and bathroom. We could use everything in the kitchen. John is an absolutely lovely host and I would recommend anyone to come and stay with him. :-) He made my partner and I feel immediately comfortable and he was very friendly and informative about facilities in the house, travel routes and even offered a £10 uber ride to his house too. The bedroom was large and comfortable and very clean. We had a bathroom to ourselves as the room is located on the second floor and John and his partner have their room on the top. So basically it all felt very private for us. So a big thank you!! and we will be staying again hopefully :-) xx

Sylvie is a great host, very kind and helpful. The house is just like in the pictures, nice and clean, located in quiet area. You can use kitchen and facilities, room for the guests is nice with comfortable bed. Good connection to the city centre and bus stop is near the house. If you want comfortable accommodation for great price, I can really recommend Sylvia's house.

Very friendly welcome from both Andrea and Chris, very easy to get on with - it was like visiting friends - we sat around talking/watching the world cup football and Tour de France. They were very accommodating, not at all bothered by having bikes left in the garden and in their conservatory overnight and very helpful with local information like directions into Leeds. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room and private bathroom with everything we needed. Excellent bacon sandwiches in the morning.

Andrea and Chris made us very welcome and told us to make ourselves completely at home. A lovely start! The room is very pleasant and quiet, situated at the back of the house with leafy views. Immaculate bathroom. Chris cooked a delicious full English breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back. Thank you!

We had a great time during our visit with Andrea and Chris. They were really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, I was rather stressed because I had left my mobile phone at a hotel in London. Andrea took over and arranged for a courier to pick it up and deliver it to Morley. When there was a further problem because the phone wasn't there when the courier arrived to pick it up, Andrea sorted that out too. She seemed to enjoy the challenge. The phone was delivered by the time that Andrea insisted it arrive by, before we had to leave, so I think she is wonderful. Our room was great, the bed comfy and we had our own bathroom. The house was lovely and warm when it was freezing cold outside. We had lots of chats with Andrea and Chris, lots of laughs but plenty of privacy to do our own thing as well. Chris organized a friend to lend us his Tomtom satnav because our hire car didn't have one, so that we could have a hassle - free day of driving through the English countryside. We didn't ask for this, Chris just did it for us. They also took us to the pub for a drink on the first day and invited us to the Indian restaurant for a meal with their friends. We were able to help ourselves to a variety of food for breakfast and we felt truly welcome. We felt as relaxed as we do at home. This was our first airbnb experience and it far surpassed our expectations. Thank you again, Andrea & Chris, you are both fantastic!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we did not really know what to expect. But our host (and son who was on site and really helpful) made an easy and confident experience. For me it was the process that I wanted to understand and I am happy to report that both the process and our choice of host worked out very well indeed.

Cozy. Warm. Accessible. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. Great host. My brother and I are Mexican-Californian. We were born in S.F., CA, United States of Mid-North America. We have been travelling for 7 months now all over Europe (will continue for 6 months more). Lee's home was accessible from the bus/coach station in the centre of Leeds. You only have to take one local city bus, 12 or 13. The room was EMACULATE. The wallpaper was gorgeous and the carpet was had beautiful designs. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were washed. Lee provided clean towels and was very helpful with anything else. He had left a glass jug of water and two glasses for us to drink from (very thoughtful). There is a big supermarket, ASDA, nearby about a 10 minute walk at the max. It takes about 30 minutes from the city centre to Lee's home on the 12/13 local city bus.

Very comfortable and an enjoyable stay. Lee was a very welcoming host and will visit again in the future.

my visit to lee's house was my 1st occasion to use airbnb: lee's house was conveniently sited, in a pleasant locality, with a great view of the city, below, near a large country park & t wait!

The house is lovely and it is in a very nice neighborhood. The room is spacious and the house has everything you need to live comfortably even for a long stay. Lee is very friendly and easy to talk to and gives you as much privacy as you need. I would very much recommended this listing.

There is a big supermarket very close to Lee's house, and you can reach the city centre of leeds in 10 minutes by car. Peter's place isn't the most centrally located, but if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay then you've found it. The room is simple but clean. There are regular buses that will take you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Peter was very friendly and communicative, he checked what I would like for breakfast and gave me details on checking in and out. I had some nice chats with Peter, however he was working nights so our chats were limited. All in all I would recommend this place to someone who is looking to stay in Leeds, and doesn't mind a bit of a commute to the city centre.

Nice, clean room in a quiet residential area, right next to Middleton Park; ideal for my sporting event, which was a 1.5 mile walk across the park. Good access to buses towards Leeds city centre. Peter is a very kind and welcoming host.

Very cosy, friendly, comfy bed

James was able to provide last minute accommodation for my stepson who had to come to Morley suddenly for a job interview. My stepson said that he had a great time and everything was perfect. Very grateful to James for being such an excellent host.

Communication with Riz was excellent and he responded to my queries very quickly. The photographs and description are accurate and the house is well located with restaurants, takeaways and shops within a 10 minute walk. Although I drove I noticed that there are bus stops close to the house so there are transport links to the local towns.

What a lovely home to stay in, Lee & Katie were very welcoming and relaxed which made my short stay completely stress-free! Stamford is the easiest dog to have in the house too so no one should let him put you off! The bus stop is right next to the house and goes every 30 mins straight into the centre of Leeds so it was perfect! Thanks so much for having me!
