Lisa's place is fantastic. A nice, comfortable, clean and affordable apartment with all the things you need for cosy stay. Lisa was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Overall it was really great. Wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

I am a stall holder for the Handmade in Canberra and I will recommend this place as it is very convenient. 5 min by car to the EPIC! It was really clean, beds were really confortable too. The area was really quite ! As I wasn't sure about what time I was going to check in, Lisa sent me some easy steps to follow to get inside the apartment.

A lovely host, an artistic lady, so kind with a sweet sense of humour. She really tries to help others and make sure of their comfort as much as possible and also the privacy is greatly respected which made me feel home even thousands of miles away from it. The house was great as well, new clean neat sunny with all the facility you need to live. Just liked described in pictures or even better! I would definitely choose the place again if I had the chance to visit canberra even for a day or months

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Liz's place; both she and her housemate happened to be away, so we had the comfortable and eclectically-decorated house to ourselves (apart from the delightful company of Liz's affectionate cat, Zora). Especially well-located for events at EPIC just across the (high)way. Pleasant walk to a great cafe too - The Knox Made in Watson.

Highly recommend the place - very clean, new appliances and furnishings. The place was very comfortable and Eng was very friendly and responsive. Place had all the amenities ready for our use and even went the extra mile by providing some snack on arrival. Well done.

The host is pleasant. The house is well presented. However, it lacked expected amenities - e.g. no hairdryer, no sugar, no coffee. The beds were pushed against the wall making it impossible for 2 people to use

Within close proximity to the CBD and a small strip of shops, Helens spacious two bedroom house was exactly what we were looking for, with secure parking and Internet it was great value for money and i would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Takuya has a great place. Very clean and modern. Fantastic, quick communication. Comfortable bed, big TV, warm bathroom (IXL tastic heater), secure underground parking, great kitchen, though it could use a bit more crockery and glassware - full oven and cooktop and huge fridge. The only downside was that there was no indoor dining table and chairs - we had to bring in a picnic table and folding chairs from the balcony. Overall though a pleasant and comfortable stay. Recommended.

Takuya's place was very convenient for us during our stay. Very quiet and had almost everything we needed. Takuya was very flexible, easy to communicate to, and very generous. We had a pleasant time at his place.

A lovely place for spending nights in. It really suited our needs, because we spent all the daylight hours, and well into the night, at the National Folk Festival (at EPIC), a short drive away. We were happy with everything that was provided, but took our own small cooler for our week-long stay, as there is no fridge in the apartment, separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.

Zaheen was very welcoming and accommodating on arrival. The room is as described, very big, modern, and a wonderful ensuite bathroom. The private entrance was a plus, so you won't be tip toeing around. We had a car, so the location was fine for us. We stayed 5 days and extended during our stay, which again Zaheen was wonderfully flexible with. I would absolutely recommend Zaheen as a host, and the room as an excellent AirBnB to stay at.

The room is very new and clean in the private section at the back of the house. I enjoy staying here. The hosts are nice.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay with Zaheen, who was lovely and welcoming upon our arrival.

Zaheen's studio was great. So close to Canberra, it took only 15 minutes to Civic. The place was near new, really clean and comfortable. We had to unfortunately change our arrival time, but that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately never had the opportunity to meet Zaheen, however we were in contact quite easily by text. Will definitely stay again.

What a fab little home with great attention to detail. Roselyn has tried to think of nearly all things to make her guests comfortable. She was also very welcoming and helpful. It's not in the dead centre but no problem as you drive most places in Canberra in 10-15 mins flat. Also when we went out at night we used uber and it was easy and quick. An awesome place to stay.

Cute and stylish place - it was the perfect base for our visit to Canberra. It was an easy drive into the city centre and main tourist attractions (there are also frequent buses) and there are local shops a couple of minutes away. Our host, Roselyn was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fresh tomatoes and herbs from the little garden area. Highly recommended!

Roselyn was so welcoming, and the place was so comfortable, so beautiful, and so convenient! Loved having wi-fi, and there was no need to go out to the shops - the fridge had everything that we needed to give the kids a yummy and healthy breakfast. It was just like staying with friends.

Roselyn is a warm and generous host - she met us on arrival, helping us settle in with suggestions on how to make the most of our visit to Canberra. The space is comfortable with lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed as well as some really thoughtful extras. We really enjoyed our stay and thought the cottage was a fantastic base for exploring Canberra.

This may seem a little bit of a strange review as we did not stay at the apartment due to the previous guest having smoked heavily in the apartment. This was not Youn's fault as although the rules state non smoking this person showed complete disregard. When I rang Youn straight away to discuss the issue, she was fantastic. She understood our reluctance to stay & gave us a complete refund. Her communication & honesty is first class despite being let down poorly by the previous guest. Airbnb were also fantastic as they also refunded the booking fee with no hassles. I hope airbnb keeps a rating on poor guests & notifies potential landlords as Youn was sadly let down.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is close to the city centre and to all of the major tourist sites. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was bigger than expected, lots of room for the 5 of us staying there. Youn was very helpful when I was a little lost when arriving. Apartment was nice and clean and had almost everything we needed. Nice and easy access to main road into Canberra CDB.

It is a spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment with two balconies and everything you need for a business or vacation trip. The neighbourhood is nice, calm and safe. A supermarket is a 10 minutes car drive away. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes to get to Canberra's city center by car. I can totally recommend to stay at this place.

A very comfortable and well equipped family home perfect for a family group. It is an easy driving distance to all Canberra attractions, shops etc in a peaceful and attractive residential area.

Barbara & Teresa were the most welcoming host - always caring and available when we needed them during our 5 weeks stay. The house is very comfortable and homely for stay. Great location, easy to get into the city. Very modern house. Great playground close and the kids toys were a great bonus. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We were happy with our stay, a nice quiet escape from Sydney.

The place is extremely clean and organised. Ken and Kat have even been so excellent of hosts that they even cook dinner for myself. Enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommended to any travellers to Canberra. The house is just within 10 mins walking distance to local woolworths and 5 mins walk to express bus (red rapid) to Civic or Belconnen area.

it is very nice to stay in Kat&Ken's place, they are the nice couple and shared a lot with us about the city. Their house is big and thank you for their consideration even we were late to check in, and allowed me to use their kitchen to cook late. It is valuable to stay in kat&ken's place.

A fabulous place to stay if you need to go to EPIC as it is right across the road and you can walk. I am always very comfortable there and Darri is a great host and enjoyable to talk to.

The house is lovely and very neat. The pictures don't give justice to the place it's much better. You get two bedrooms + bathroom that is isolated from the rest of the house by a sliding door. Roselin is wart and friendly host. She respects your privacy. I definitely recommend her place.

Unfortunately, we didn't meet our host upon arrival due to timing commitments of our arrival and our hosts's commitments. Our phone contact prior to arrival was excellent with professional instructions to gain entry. The next morning we met with Roselin and her family where we had a warm welcoming and shared breakfast together. The home is clean, spacious and lovely. The bedding and bathroom set up is good for 4 adults ie 2 couples. The home is child friendly also. We would love to stay here again so Roselin could cook us poached eggs her style, now that she is familiar with that style after my wife coached her.

The room is so comfortable and there is alot of privacy as there is a separate entrance. They even offered breakfast which I thought was sweet. It was unfortunate we had to leave a day early due to work committment but yes I look forward to more stays there when I next travel to Canberra. Lovely clean and tidy room, very spacious. The en-suite bathroom is so convient, then the side entrance to make your stay more personal. Very knowledgeable people and very helpful. Breakfast offered aswell as tea and coffee, even biscuits! Shamsuls wife even walked me and my partner to the bus stop! Thankyou so much for your hospitality, 100 recommendation!

Thank you very much for the accomodation, the room was comfortable and private. The bathroom is lovely. The seperate entry was great as we came home late and went out early in the morning. We had a lovely stay here. The room is nice, everything is neat and clean and you get the privacy of an ensuite bathroom. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Lisa is friendly and welcoming, and very helpful and forthcoming with local knowledge. Her house is in an older part of town on the outskirts, but Canberra is not big so that wasn't far. The room was a bit on the small side for two people but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were close by and very clean. We had a pleasant stay and a great meal at a local eatery.

We stayed for a night at Lisa's home and it was absolutely wonderful. We were late to come over at night and she was very flexible. She shared helpful tips to go around the town . We had a lovely restful sleep. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Thank you for being such a lovely host !

Lisa was charming, as were her dogs, and the house was as described. The room was small but entirely adequate for me and had obviously been cleaned. The bed was comfy and warm (on a very cold night). The house was decorated and furnished in an eclectic style. The shared bathroom was cluttered but clean and the shower was beautifully hot. The house is conveniently placed on the north edge of Canberra and I found some great places to eat in Lonsdale Street, a short drive away.

It's a warm and lovely house! Puppies Ruby and Winston are very friendly being with us. Lisa not only checked out all the events and activities on Easter Holiday, but also HAND WROTE them down for us. They are very useful, indeed. The hosts now provide any information with computer typed notes except Lisa. I will love to come back again.

Alex and his family are extremely warm and friendly. They make you feel right at home. The room is large and comfortable. The amenities are clean and the location is ideal, within minutes of most facilities in Bencoolen. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would definitely recommend it.

My main issue was that this was not as listed on air bnb, so after staying one night I forfeited the rest of the payment and stayed elsewhere. I did not have my own bathroom and it was not quiet at night. I shared the bathroom with a male stranger and the bedroom was next to a very loud kitchen.

Alex was responsive to my queries. Alex and Indi are nice couple. The place is close to bus stops. Wifi is fast and efficient.

Cosy and friendly. Nice clean, well appointed and very warm room. Dog friendly was a huge bonus with our dogs staying both in our room and in the enclosed garden whilst we were out.

I had the pleasure to know Sammy and Michael while I stayed with them for two weeks to complete an advanced football coaching course and they did their best in providing me with the things I needed during my stay which allowed me to have better focus on my assessments. Sammy and Michael are lovely, humble and very welcoming of course. I had a great time staying with them. The house is also very nice, quiet and clean with a neat friendly space and a good blend of nature in it! No matter who you are and what you do, you will appreciate this experience. I strongly recommended to all the genuine guests, specially nature lovers!

Sam and Mike were very accommodating hosts. They are both a quiet scientist couple and the house, though it is in a high density area, is quiet enough to have a good rest. Huge bathroom and access to downstairs lounge. Would stay again.

Sam and Mike are great hosts. We didn't get to spend much time with them as we arrived early evening and left early the next morning. From our experience, I can definitely say they are friendly, open, genuine and helpful people. They made use feel welcome, explained the heating and helped with suggestions to eat out. The room and bathroom were clean, the house cosy in a Canberra winter, and it was easy to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet, and we both had a great night's sleep. Will definitely be looking them up next trip we plan to the capital - hopefully they'll have us again and we'll get to know them a bit more. Highly recommended.

I had a big day driving to Canberra. Sam waited for me to arrive and made sure I was settled. The room and private bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. I had a really good sleep. My doggie was accommodated too and we were both made to feel really welcome. The neighbourhood was lovely and safe too, and is about a ten minute drive from the city centre. I stayed two nights with Sam and Mike. They were very friendly and welcoming. Having use of their well maintained bike was handy and they were very happy to share information on sites to see and places to eat etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean and tidy, as was the rest of the house. It was located close to where I needed to be north of Canberra, but it is not that far out if you need to visit the CBD. I wasn't "home" much during my stay, but when we crossed paths Sam and Mike were great hosts. Thoroughly recommend.
