Nenad und Eva sind große Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bequem! Wir liebten den Balkon und die schöne Aussicht !!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem kleinen aber vollkommen ausreichendem Apartment von Nenad. Seine Tochter Eva hat uns netterweise im Ort Cres empfangen, um uns zum Apartment in den etwa 20-30 Minuten entfernten Ort Miholascica zu fahren. Ohne Mietwagen ist es schwer, in diesen Ort zu gelangen, weil der Inselbus nur sehr selten und nicht direkt in den kleinen Ort fährt. Das Apartment liegt am oberen Ende des Dorfes und man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das türkise Meer und den Ort. Zum Wasser muss man einen, mit Treppen versehenen Weg ca. 5-10 Minuten nach unten gehen. Es gibt einen kleinen Shop, in dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht und ein Restaurant, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Fotos festgehalten und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Imali smo prekrasan odmor u Branko stanu. Branko je uvijek na raspolaganju za nas i dao nam mnoge korisne savjete. Sve što je potrebno je da se nalazi u stanu i Branko ima domaću rakiju kušati tamo (s oprezom;)) Pogled s balkona je prekrasan i ima predivan pogled na zalazak sunca nad morem. Tu u vrtni tuš i roštilj na kojem možete roštilj i večer može napraviti lijep lomaču. U vrtu i na stepenicama prema plaži naći ćete širok izbor bilja i voća. (Između ostalog, smokvu u vrtu) Možete prošetati do malog supermarketa, lijep restoran i prekrasne plaže. Automobil je vrlo preporučljivo gledati ostatak ovog prekrasnog otoka. Hvala Branko!

What you cannot see from the pictures is that the apartment is part of a big concrete settlement of apartments and you are surrounded by neighbors. Otherwise it's a very pleasant place with a brand new bathroom, great view and a lot of greenery from the side.

J'ai eu une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Branko. J'ai particulièrement aimé la grande terrasse vue sur la mer, où avait beaucoup de place pour mon hamac. Je recommande l'appartement pour 1-2 personnes en basse saison. Le contact avec Branko était très facile.

Accoglienza molto gentile, la signora Biserka ci ha messo subito a nostro completo agio. La casa è molto bella, avvolta nel silenzio e nella tranquillità del piccolo borgo, con soli due passi si arriva al porticciolo e al mare. Martinscica è un piccolo paese pieno di bellezza e merita un soggiorno.

Biserka était un hôte, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Elle et son mari était très gentil et sa place est beautuful.

Karmen è un host deliziosa. Con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza ci ha accolti in casa. La villa si trova a Stivan, una località situata al centro dell'isola, sulla costa occidentale. In macchina in 2 min si raggiunge un market e un porticciolo dove poter noleggiare una barca cosi da godere il mare di quest'isola incantevole. L'appartamento è pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Grazie Karmen!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno incantevole, ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere più a lungo. Appartamento era come pubblicizzato e molto confortevole. Karmen era lontano, ma facilmente reperibili e ha fornito tutto il necessario.

We LOVED this place. I would have happily stayed for a week. The apartment is exactly as represented online. It was clean, had good A/C and hot water. The location is fabulous and easy to find. We were on a motorcycle and could easily pop down to get food in the next village. Karmen was very responsive and helpful. There were guests staying across the hall, but we weren't disturbed by them at all. Her yard is beautiful and would be great for kids. We will be back here the next chance we get.

Makulátlan és funkcionális lakás egy szép falu egy gyönyörű kilátás nyílik az Adriára. Stivan házigazdák egy étterem, egy kis, helyi piac kis strand (ami persze tágul egy sziklás parton, ha szeretné, hogy vándorol egy kicsit több adatvédelmi), néhány szomszédos macskák, néhány juhot, szöcskék, sáskák és a vadon élő országúti rozmaring. Van még két nagyobb falvakban / városokban belül 5km más éttermi döntések és szolgáltatásokat, ha szükséges. Ez illik hozzánk tökéletesen. Találkoztunk Karmen csak röviden egy délután volt, de egyébként nagyon figyelmes, hogy minden sms kapcsolatot. Plusz, ő nagyon segítőkész és kedves édesanyja a helyszínen, hogy foglalkozzon minden szükséges. Mi nagyon meleg fogadtatásban részesült, és egy kicsit szomorú, hogy elhagyja. Egy csodálatos élmény. Szeretnénk visszatérni, és valószínűleg tartalék egyik nagyobb lakások, hogy több helyet adna egy kicsit több kényelmet hosszabb tartózkodást.

Je suis resté à l'appartement de Karmen à Stivan pour un couple de jours très relaxant. On nous a demandé de rester à l'appartement plus grand pour correspondre aux demandes des autres clients. Karmen et sa famille étaient très gentils, elle nous a montré comment arriver à différentes plages autour de la région et nous ont laissé pour profiter du séjour dans un endroit très calme, avec une belle vue sur la mer, où une belle terrasse est un endroit agréable pour un apéritif au coucher du soleil. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et un maching de lavage en cas de besoin. A plus de cet endroit était un bon accueil par une hirondelle dans son nid juste à côté de l'entrée de la porte! Excellente expérience!

Super séjour à cres l'appartement était conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nous avons été accueilli par la maman de Kristina qui a été très gentille et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. La localisation est vraiment parfaite à deux minutes à pied de la plage du centre et des commerces de proximité. Pour être venus plusieurs fois à zaglav nous avons enfin trouvé l'appartement où nous reviendrons.

Everything was just fine! Quite and deatached, the perfect escape. The appartment was very clean and spacious with a beautiful sea view, our host very warm and helpful. Can only recommend it!

We had absolutely fantastic time at Kristina's place. It is very light and spacious with a great sunny terrace. The village is tiny but there's a shop and a restaurant there, where you can find wifi as well. Kristina was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend this place..

We were very comfortable at this apartment with all the comforts and amenities. The only problem was the wifi which has been lacking for the whole duration of the holiday, but it was not a big deal for us. The apartment is near the sea and in an area full of beautiful beaches even if located in the north, in the poorest part of tourism services. ideal place for relaxing holidays.

Mrs. Goga gave us a very warm welcome in perfectly spoken English. We were here first guests via AirBnB, but she definitely deserves more :) The apartment was perfectly fine: not that big but big enough, clean and well equipped. The absolute best thing about this apartment is of course the balcony: the view is stunning. Who needs tv when you can just sit and stare at the sea all the time? :)

The apartment is situated in a beautiful water front location alowing great views and beeing in the middle of everyday life while sitting on big private terrasse. Antonella and her husband were very kind. The furniture and facilities are quite used, though everything is "working". As we were not looking for full comfort but a great place at the sea, we didn't bothered too much. What we relly missed was a deckchair or two to enjoy even more the superb location and in reading good books. We are grateful to Antonella to host us because despit not perfect wheather we spent in Martinščica nice family holidays.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen alten Haus direkt am Wasser gelegen. Es ist die beste Mischung, wenn Sie für beeing in der Mitte von allem suchen, während Sie auf Ihrer privaten Terrasse sitzen. Das Dorf ist zurück und Super entspannt. Antonella und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und lustig. Ein Muss wieder zu kommen!

Apartmán má krásný výhled a je umístěn přímo na pláži Wich je to pěkné místo. Existuje několik restaurací v blízkosti (jedna přímo vedle bytu). Nábytek a zařízení jsou zvyklá i staré, i když vše je "pracuje". Pokud si nejste hledáte pohodlí, ale skvělé místo u moře, je to váš byt. Antonella a její otec byli velmi vstřícní a kolem, zda existuje něco, co jsme potřebovali.

We were magnificmente! The island is beautiful and the apartment could not be better placed to make the most of the town of Martinscica. The vicinaza the sea and the beach (less than 20 meters!) Made the holiday memorable. Njeta and his family were welcoming and ready to give us any suggeriemento. We will be back for sure!

Esperienza negativa, molto caro per quel (poco) che offre. La padrona di casa non si è mai fatta sentire nonostante le mail mandate, niente wi-fi, casa quasi impossibile da trovare senza l'aiuto della gente del posto. Niente sapone per lavarsi, niente detersivo per i piatti, niente ricambio di carta igienica, zanzariere rotte. Peccato

I genitori di Ivanna ci hanno accolto molto bene, sono stati gentili e tra l'altro parlano italiano, cosa che ha aiutato molto la comunicazione! La casa potrebbe essere un pò difficile da trovare ma prima di partire ho chiesto indicazioni d Ivanna, che mi ha risposto in modo molto preciso, ci abbiamo messo pochi minuti a trovarla. L'appartamento è come descritto, è spartano ma per pochi giorni è funzionale; ci è piaciuto molto il giardino e il grande tavolo esterno. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, c'è una stradina che conduce al mare e un ottimo ristorante a pochi passi, assolutamente prenotare per tempo perchè è l'unico! E' una buona base di partenza per visitare sia Cres che Lussino, consigliato.

My girlfriend and me had two nice days there. Arriving was pretty good organized, we were checked in as soon as we arrive. Also the communication before and the directions were really helpful. The town of Stivan is a little quiet village but beach is close. We enjoyed our stay there, everything was clean and the room is spacious. The room has also a little terrace which is nice in the evening. The wifi is working but signal is only on the terrace not in the room. Ivana s Dad was very helpful with everything. We would book this appartment again.

Ja zostałem 4 noce w tym mieszkaniu z babcią i mój 7-miesięcznym dzieckiem. Istnieje duże łóżko dla 2 osób i łóżko. Przed przybyciem na miejsce, poprosiłem o wyjaśnienie do Ivanna od lokalizacji domu we wsi. Ivanna zawsze był bardzo czuły w swoich odpowiedziach. Znalazłem łatwo obudowę. Możemy zaparkować samochód przed domem. Wieś jest urocza: Stivan plaży jest dziesięć minut spacerem, wieś restauracja jest blisko domu, a jedzenie jest bardzo dobre, i tam jest mały sklep spożywczy 5 min spacerem. Zostaliśmy powitani przez rodziców Ivanna którzy są uroczy, dyskretny i pełen miłych akcentów. Ivanna przyszedł na spotkanie z nami podczas pobytu. Kochaliśmy spędzając te kilka dni tam!

le studio est à 15min de marche de la petite plage située en bas de Stivan(grosse montée pour le retour...) c'est calme et les environs le long de la baie est très sympa le studio manque toutefois de confort (il a fallu demander un sac poubelle, un 2ème rouleau de papier toilette, un peu de sel et d'huile), et le frigo n'était vraiment pas très propre. ambiance business plutôt que familiale

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. La splendida spiaggia di ciottoli è appena sotto. Nella casa vicina c'è un ottimo ristorante. Miholasica è una molto piccola, tranquilla località. Heuer tuttavia era un gran numero di zanzare, forse per l'aria calda e umida.

Molto carino e tranquillo villaggio sul mare, con un paio di ristoranti e caffè, belle spiagge, un piccolo ufficio turistico di noleggiare una bicicletta, o in barca o aiutarvi in generale. La casa è davvero bella e pulita, in una zona appartata del villaggio, la cucina è completamente attrezzata (ma senza sale, pepe, zucchero, tè o caffè o le basi a volte si trova in altri posti), l'atmosfera è davvero bello, e rondini volano intorno tutto il tempo. Magico! Il wifi purtroppo non era molto veloce e, a volte si doveva andare fuori per la ricezione, ma se questo non è una priorità per voi posso sicuramente consigliare questo posto!

Бисерка встретил нас по прибытии уже на стоянке возле дома, и, таким образом, избавлены нам больше шарить. Собственности был чрезвычайно чист и готов так же, как на фотографиях. К сожалению, наш обмен был очень ограниченным, так как они почти не говорят по-английски, для предметов первой необходимости, но это прошло.

Il prezzo dell'appartamento è un po' troppo elevato.

I highly recommend this place. The building is in the heart of the small and very charming historic village, to access the building one has to walk through the narrow internal street full of flowers and breathe the real essence of a Dalmatian village. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and authentic. The apartment over two levels with an internal stair was perfectly clean, fully equipped and of a very good standard. Biserka is a very friendly host. This place is the perfect place to stay in Martinscica and Cres in general. Perfect location, just meters away from the beach, very charming typical fish restaurants, market, parking and even the nearby camping beach are just walking distance away. Even traveling without a car by the daily line hydrofoil speed boat from Rijeka or Losinj would be the perfect location because is just about ? 60m away from the main pier. Just perfect!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Martinscica dal 14 al 17 Agosto. Partiamo con le note positive: l'appartamento è molto carino e curato e situato in uno splendido borghetto all'interno del piccolo paese di Martinscica,a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da market,bar e ristoranti. le note negative purtroppo però sono le seguenti: Wi-fi che prendeva poco e male,Tv sat con 3 canali,la tavoletta del water era instabile e storta e la doccia,che si presentava molto bene e moderna, aveva il soffione centrale rotto e quindi inutilizzabile rendendo usabile solamente lo sbroffino. Sono solo dei piccoli dettagli negativi ( probabilmente ampliati nella percezione anche dal brutto tempo trovato durante il nostro soggiorno,ad es. Wi-fi e Tv.... ) ma che nel complesso,ed aggiunti al prezzo pagato per il soggiorno ci hanno lasciato leggermente con l'amaro in bocca. Rimane comunque l'appartamento ideale per chi cerca una vacanza in pieno relax in un posto molto tranquillo.

Wir haben es sehr genossen unseren Aufenthalt in Biserka's Wohnung, sie ist eine sehr nette Person und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat alles, was Sie brauchen, und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist etwas ganz Besonderes, nur im Inneren des kleinen alten Teil des Dorfes. Ich empfehle voll Biserka's Wohnung.

В квартире было очень красиво и хорошо оборудованы. Он даже превзошел наши ожидания, потому что красивая частная терраса с частичным видом на океан не отображается в объявлении. Прием был профессиональный и доброжелательный. Красивое место в небольшом старом городе. Магазины (небольшой супермаркет и рынок киосков), чтобы достичь в короткий промежуток времени, как банкомат, несколько ресторанов и пляжа. Несмотря на хорошую инфраструктуру небольшое тихое место - вечером мы были на балконе, слушая крики овец. Как бы, безусловно, вернется.

Cres je prekrasan otok, a Biserka je stan bio idealno mjesto za boravak na sve to uživati. Bilo je vrlo čist i nov(URL HIDDEN)dobro radio - važno za jednog vrlo vrućeg dana smo doživjeli! Grad Martinsica je šarmantan i veliko mjesto s kojeg možete uživati na otoku. Biserka je iznimno lijepa, i, iako ona ne govori puno engleski, bili smo u mogućnosti da komuniciraju vrlo dobro, a ona velikodušno radili s nama na neparnim Airbnb problem smo imali.

We liked our stay in House Dorita very much. It is a nice, clean and comfortable house. It is best for people that low the sea, nature and simple commodities. However, I would not recommend it to people that need to party each evening. Ideal for family vacations. Just relax and enjoy!
