Loved every moment of our stay. This was our first airbnb stay and it certainly didnt disappoint. Tonnes of local guidebooks and a lovely walk right on your doorstop. Will definitely be staying here again

Our stay at Courtyard - Coolnacran was most enjoyable, the accommodation was everything and more than we expected, in fact upon arrival the photographs didn’t do the accommodation justice. It was warm and cosy and we felt really at home. I’d certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in and around the area of Belfast! The little extra touches of the homemade scones, soda bread and orange juice and tea and coffee that were available made a real difference.

Jean was very helpful and welcoming to our employees. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience and we would recommend this property to others.

The Host was wonderful and made myself and my two colleagues feel very welcome indeed.

Evelyn popped in to meet us as we were out a lot during our stay. She contacted us several times before our visit to make sure we would have everything we required. She had left us a much appreciated welcome pack of homemade bread, preserves and other necessities. Couldn't have asked for a better host!

This was our first Airbnb so we were slightly apprehensive. However all doubts disappeared when we arrived at the property and met Jean. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and did an excellent job of showing us around the property. There was a lovely basket of goodies as a welcoming gift (including homemade cakes which were delicious!). The property itself is great. We had a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and it felt very spacious, private and safe. The three bedrooms are all very large, each having their own bathroom and the beds were super comfy. There was a good size lounge and we enjoyed spending our evenings together in the property after a hectic day exploring. The location was fantastic, rural and quiet but only 5 minutes from Banbridge and 35 minutes from Belfast. We look forward to staying again when we visit family in Northern Ireland.

I am used to a warm Irish welcome from my family - Therese and Graham gave us that and more! Your home is beautiful and guest accomodation so spacious. Perfect for my husband, whose mobility is poor. Enjoyed the sitting room when going out in the evening was not an option. Graham even drove my husband to hospital at 22.30 when he had an emergency. Therese texted until the wee small hours to check if there was anything they could do to help. Their thoughtfullness is so appreciated. How can I thank you? We will stay again - promise no hospital trips next time. Jessie and Daniel - you are delightful.

It was a very pleasant and wonderful stay with Therese and her family. They was very helpful and kind to enquire of any requirements and needs. We was warmly welcomed and everything went great. Therese even give us a lift to the local pub from the village and picked us back after we had our dinner and couple of pints. I highly recommend Therese and her family. Therese's place is very nice. We felt at home and it was a good, restful night's sleep. Would highly recommend staying here.

Therese met us in the local village with a big wave and smile and carefully led us along the country lane to her lovely home in very scenic surroundings. Her delightful children welcomed us as well. Later we were joined by Graham her husband and we had a great time chatting and getting to know each other. The countryside is idyllic and Therese recommended a local pub which turned out to be superb and a real village experience with lovely meals. Therese also provided a contact for our local history research.

The stay was fantastic. Lovely people, lovely place and hope to return one day for another visit. I would highly recommend staying with this lovely family.

Great welcome, very friendly, took us to town by her car, told us a good restaurant, so we could eat and drink there and later walk back. Very clean rooms, each with its own bathroom!!!! Ideal place to visit Belfast, and come back afterwards and relax in a peacefull surrounding.

The pictures are exactly what you see when you get to Gail's place. Lovely place to say while in Banbridge. We stayed in the purple and lilac room. Very clean and comfy. Gail was sweet about our wide range of arrival times and departures. We were relying on a friend for transportation who wasn't very prompt. Breakfast was lovely and just what we needed to start our day.

We enjoyed our stay with Gail. She was quite lovely and her rooms were comfortable and clean.

Gail and her son Michael were absolutely amazing! They were kind, welcoming, conversational and overall amazing hosts. Gail gave my family and I TONS of recommendations for things to do not only around Northern Ireland, but also around the town for dinner as well. In fact, when we were unsure of her directions, her son Michael drove us into town to show us where to go! Beautiful house, very homey, clean, with a bonus of a wonderful breakfast and wonderful family. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing and welcoming stay in Northern Ireland. I stayed at the charming cottage for a week in December with my partner. It was a perfectly remote and quiet getaway. The countryside was shockingly green even at that time of year. We spent most of our days by the fire. The town in a scenic half hour walk away where you can get essentials. We arrived by bus and taxi from Belfast and had no problem being there without a car. The cottage was more spacious than I expected. The shower is deliciously hot with great water pressure. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. We ate eggs from the chickens most mornings. Danny was a warm and generous host. He called me up in the US before I departed and made sure a fire was going in time for our arrival. He left clear instructions on ever part of the house, including rich historical details on the origins of everything from the stove to the cottage beams. He drove us to the bus when we left, which made for an easy departure. It was a rich experience all around. We' hope to come back and see the place in other seasons as well. Thanks so much, Danny!

We couldnt have asked for a better time. Danny was the most wonderful host and made us feel so welcome....plus a nice little surprise of a bottle of wine for my birthday stay was just so sweet. The house was gorgeous, the surrounding scenery was breathtaking and the vibe all round was perfect..couldnt have asked for a better two day break...we lounged beside the fire, cooked on his wonderful range, drove up through the Mourne Mountains and then onto the cost for a long walk with the dogs...spent the mornings feeding the chickens and talking with them before a morning dip in the hottub...i'd go back in a heartbeat...thanks daniel for such a wonderful stay!

Danny is just the best Airbnb host we've met yet, and we've met a lot! He is just genuinely motivated by the desire to share Tullyquilly with others. My husband and I stayed here for one relaxing week and we did so much, yet so little: hiking in the Mourne Mountains (inspiration for C.S. Lewis' Narnia), visited Green Castle by the sea along with many country pubs, all within easy driving distance. But the best was Tullyquilly itself. It got to the point that we didn't want to leave it for excursions: caring for the chickens, watching them while drinking coffee in the morning, wandering the neighbouring fields of sheep, watering the garden, reading so many books (Harry Potter was actually a great fit for the setting! Who doesn't wanna believe in magic in the land of leprechauns?) We actually read our kindles while in the hot tub. Did the 1500-piece puzzle (so fun!) Collected eggs. There's something very satisfying in waking up to care for the animals that are going to give you your food for the day. Thanks for everything Danny! This place was amazing we loved every minute of it! Danny was an amazing host he really opened his home up to us and gave us free run of the place! We enjoyed being able to pick fresh fruit and veg from the garden! We got to look after the chickens and particularly enjoyed looking after the chicks! We have an 8 month old and he enjoyed all the new sounds and sights! The place is beautiful and we hope to be back! We only wish we had looked earlier in the summer and stayed longer! Place is even big enough to bring some family or friends next time! We didn't leave the whole weekend cause there was plenty to do! We enjoyed the hot tub, building a camp fire and enjoying the sun in the gardens! Would definitely recommend this place for families! Plenty for the kiddies to do and space for the parents to relax!!! Thank you ever so much Danny! Also want to mention how good he was on the email if u had any questions he was quick to reply!

Daniel's cottage is a true rural treat! Our group of four adults spent a perfectly tranquil and fun long weekend here, feeding the chickens, playing the instruments and soaking in the fabulous hot tub. The cottage packs in tons of 18th century charm but has all of the modern conveniences you would want. The bed upstairs is very comfortable and by all accounts the sofa bed was too. The sweet country setting is only made sweeter by the flock of busy chickens stirring about in the greenery. We hope to return soon! Thank you Daniel for giving us such a warm welcome and the perfect setting for some great memories!

We had a lovely time (EMAIL HIDDEN)ing from Dublin we wanted a quiet and relaxing time and that's exactly what we got. Danny was very generous with anything he could offer - there was more then enough kitchen utensils, food, fire fuel etc. We really enjoyed the chickens, playing music and there's so much to see around Rathfriland - the coast, mountains, forests. Very much worth the visit and we hope to be back sometime.

Danny and his daughter Ruby Mae couldn't have been anymore welcoming as hosts. On arrival we were greeted by them both and given the grand tour of their incredibly picturesque organic farm. If like us you are looking for somewhere to escape & recharge you couldn't pick a better place in Tullyquilly Cottage. There is more to do than just recharge though, simple pleasures such as feeding and hanging out with the donkeys, rounding up the chickens and even feeding them if you wish, scenic walks, talking with the friendly locals in Rathfriland (it seems everyone knowns Danny), collecting the hens eggs, playing board games (there are lots) or one of the many musical instruments in the cottage (piano, banjo, guitar, trumpet, violin and cello). In short there is quite a lot to see and do that is just a short drive from Tullyquilly but our advice would be just stay put and soak it all up. By far our best Airbnb experience to date. Danny and Ruby Mae have set the bar high.

Couldn't be happier with Alison's stunning home. It is truly a work of art, and perfectly suited my needs for 3 days. Really beautiful and peaceful, fast internet and just amazing facilities. 10/10

Amazing weekend in Alison's home. An incredibly beautiful house - so much space, so we'll furnished with huge amazing bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor area with fire and chairs. Very private - perfect!

Just stayed the one night with my family in Fernwood Folly. Alison was very welcoming and communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Lovely spacious house, very clean, all mod con's. Top drawer!

We needed a large house as a base while we attended a family wedding in Banbridge. Alison's house was ideal - spacious, well-equipped and beautifully furnished. The outside areas looked a little neglected but had all the facilities you might need. Alison was very friendly and we appreciated her flexibility on our departure time. A great choice in the Banbridge area.

Checking in and out with Alison was a smooth process. Her home was perfect as an overnight stay for our group of 6 including 2 young kids. We had the whole place to ourselves and we made use of the grand piano, the Aga kitchen and the fireplace beneath the flat screen TV. Arguably our best Airbnb home so far, Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alison's beautiful home. The area is peaceful & quiet and the house is warm & cosy. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Gem of a house!

Our stay in Chris house was fantastic, and also her breakfast. He and his wife are very helpful and friendly whit us. The house is very nice and have a beautiful view. Definetly we recommended stay in this house.

We had a great stay with Chris and Una. They were very welcoming and their home is warm and comfortable. Una took us for a walk down to the river at the edge of their lovely property and we were able to meet all of their wonderful animals. They were helpful with navigating through the area and the breakfast was great.

Chris and Una were the ideal hosts and their home is wonderful for relaxing (the bathtub!), but also the best base for exploring Belfast and northern Ireland. It's so good to see both of them caring for their horses, dogs and cats with respect and love. We will certainly come back to this place, when we return to this part of the world. I asked for the details to arrive there and Chris sent me an email explaining everything. When we arrived, they were waiting for us, also Una even showed us the horses that they have. The room is very spacious and really clean. The bathroom is huge, with shower and bath, and of course very clean. For the breakfast they have a lot of things, perfect to start the day! Una explained to us some of the places where to go, and also they have some papers information in the room. Really lovely, nice, clean, quiet and perfect place to stay. We would repeat! Thanks a million ;)

They were extremely flexible even though we arrived as late as possible, at 2 am! They always replied our emails immediately and kept in touch to make sure we find the house smoothly. Instructions of finding the location was accurate and very detailed. The house was warm and welcoming and the room was spacious and cozy, exactly as shown in picture. Great value, as a matter of fact I think it is under priced!! I wish we could stay more, hope to come back one day!
