The room is a small, single room at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and has wider views towards the Holy Trinity Church.
There is a single bed and chest of drawers for the use of the guest, and hanging rail and hangers to hold a few garments.
There is an extension lead for UK standard three pin plugs. The room also has an internal lock on the door for privacy.
Our house has two reception rooms - the rear reception room overlooking the garden is primarily for guests to use. However, if you would like to spend time with us in the main living room, you are more than welcome.
The kitchen is shared and guests have access to all equipment and appliances (please note that I do not have a microwave). There is a main bathroom, which has a toilet, sink, bath and shower over bath. I provide towels and basic toiletries. There is also a second toilet and sink located on the ground floor. I have a washing machine, iron and ironing board, should guests need them.
Please note that we have a Lhasa Apso dog. He is well behaved but can bark (mainly when in the garden, so not early or late).
We are approximately 1.5 miles north of Northampton town centre. The town centre is accessible on foot, car or public transport. Buses run regularly, and go directly into the town centre.
The property is on a main road and does not have private parking. Street parking is available and is within a 5 minute walk of the house, subject to availability.
