My place is in the middle of city centre. 5 minutes walk to Oktogon, 6 minutes walk to Nyguati (West) Train Station. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Arany Janos Station (M3-Blue Metro). Apartment has 2 bedrooms but only mine's available. (My flatmate is nice). Apartmant has clean drinking water, washing machine, heaters, 24/7 hot water and night lamps. Living room has a large screen TV and a HDMI cable (maybe you'll want to watch movies). A large king size bed for couples! Super fit for lo-budgeters.
Super cozy for students, low budget travellers and chill-out lovers. There is no promise that you'll have most fancy room in budapest, but be sure that you'll have the closest feeling to home.

Veysel greeted me warmly and helped to show me around. The apartment is clean and modern, with not much charm but is very functional and comfortable. It's not a pretty neighbourhood with lots of high-rise apartment blocks and building sites, but it's easy to get to and was just what we needed after an evening flight and before heading over to Cappadocia's fairy chimneys!
Me and my wife stayed at this house for three nights. It was very clean and calm with a great view. Almost everything was provided and we felt very comfortable as if it was our own house. Although we didnt meet the owner in-person but he was always responsive to any need. The house was not very close to the city center, but there is a close bus station right in front of the apartment that takes you to the city center. And the last but not least, everything was like the photos.

This is a lovely, historical, restored stone house with two storeys, in a green, friendly neighborhood. You will be staying on the second floor. Both floors has their own entrance doors and keys, kitchen, bathroom, terasse. There is one double bed, one big opening comfy couch.
Old stone house decorated with antique furnitures.
Silent, clean, green.
Bu ev güzel ve karakter dolu. Bizim ana kadar samimi ve bizim evde sağ hissettirmek için (URL HIDDEN) çok bu güzel yerde kalmak tavsiye!
Some of the best stories you ever hear about the travels of a friend/family are those when they come across a local who invites them into their home. This was the case for my husband and I when Erhan and Yesim opened their stunning home to us. Earlier on the day we flew into Kayseri from Istanbul, Erhan reached out to inform us of the Friday traffic in Istanbul and to be mindful of our time based on the fact that we were flying out of the airport on the the Asian side. We felt like we were being looked after even before our reservation began. Our flight ended up being delayed and we did not arrive until rather late in the night. Their home is not located in the city of Kayseri but in a charming residential area outside of town outside called Talas. We arrived on their street where Erhan was on the lookout for us with their sweet dog, Bira. We walked through the wooden enterence to what seemed to feel like a garden oasis that we somehow discovered behind the high stone wall. We entered the home to a coffee table filled with food. They also prepared us dinner in their amazing kitchen in which the converted table is the original well that served the house. Over dinner we spoke about our journeys and we then moved into the living room to then munch on some of the local delicatcies. Erhan, his wife Yesim and one of their daughters stayed up with us talking about food, culture, wine, beer making, architecture and hiking until 2 A.M. while serving us some of the liqour Erhan made from berries they harvasted in their our garden. Our room was on the second floor of the home and essentially was a house onto itself. We had the entire second floor that words and pictures can only begin to do justice to. The accommodatations were very clean, extremely spacious and architecturally stunning. The home is adorned with family treasures in every corner that help make you feel like you were adopted and feel part of the family. The next morning we prepared breakfast with Yesim. She generously served us cheeses and meats from the area and explained what everything was to us. Some of the cheese was homemade. We had such a lovely chat over breakfast that our plans to visit the city were quickly canceled and exchanged for an hour or two of relaxing in sun in the back garden and talking over coffee with our host. Alas, we had an itinerary to follow. Yes, we walked away with an awesome story to share with people about our trip to Kayseri but we also walked away with three individuals whom we are now lucky to call friends. We have every intention to return and without a doubt recommend a stay at the lovely home of Erhan and his family.
Historical 19th century building located in the very centre of Saint-Petersburg in a very quiet neighbourhood in the heart of all tourist exciting attractions, best bars and restaurants. Also 3 metro stations are nearby and Moskovsky Railway Station is in 15-mins walking distance from the flat.
