Anne Maria is an amazing host! She works in the restaurant next door which allows her to be reached easily. She makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. She is. 5 star host!

Anna Maria était une grande armée! L'endroit était impeccable et elle a même eu des collations, des fruits et des boissons pour quand nous sommes arrivés! Mes amis et moi sommes allés à être près de Philadelphie pour un prix raisonnable et cet endroit était un ajustement parfait. Il y a des magasins partout qui ont fait des achats sans tracas. Le trajet en uber à Philadelphie était raisonnable et très rapide qui était agréable. Les lits étaient un peu sur le côté ferme mais les oreillers qu'elle a fournis ont compensé!

Honnêtement, c'est la pire expérience Airbnb que j'ai eu. La description est trompeuse. Rien à propos de cet espace est calme, privé ou familial (pas que nous ayons des enfants). Le parking est utilisé comme un espace de voiturier pour le café nextdoor qui était très fort jusqu'à environ minuit. Ensuite, nous avons eu les bruits forts du lubrifiant jiffy à 8h du matin. La lumière extérieure avant ne fonctionne pas. Je ne sais pas très bien comment cela se trouve dans un «quartier» car il se trouve sur une route principale avec beaucoup de trafic ... il y avait très peu d'éléments essentiels. Pas de sucre au café-bar, pas de canaux dans les chambres, la télévision dans le salon était extrêmement floue. La cuisine n'est pas équipée d'outils de cuisson. Pas d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, comme mentionné dans l'examen ci-dessous, mais il y avait de beaux fruits pourris. Et nous avons dû acheter des matelas pneumatiques pour obtenir la longue semaine de travail pour nous. Comme cette maison a des chambres ... mais ce ne sont pas des lits. Les fenêtres étaient ouvertes tout le premier jour de notre séjour et un bricoleur devait les réparer. Nous n'avons reçu aucune excuse ou compensation pour les inconvénients. Cet endroit est très faussement annoncé. Je contacterai Airbnb directement à ce sujet, car l'hôte "a apprécié mon honnêteté" mais n'a toujours pas fait d'excuses ni de compensation pour le séjour horrible dans

Cet endroit est centralement situé à tout! En outre, parce que si son emplacement unique, nous n'avons jamais vraiment eu à traiter avec les "voisins". Anna Maria a été géniale et j'ai vraiment apprécié son enregistrement dans les textes! Si je devais mentionner quelque chose pour le futur locataire, je rappellerais que les lits étaient fermes. Personnellement, c'est ce que je préfère, mais le reste de ma famille préfère un lit moins rigide. En dehors de cela, un de mes meilleurs séjours et je vais essayer de rester ici la prochaine fois que je sors!

This was a comfortable and clean place. Host kept in contact with us checking in to see if we needed anything. There was an iron and ironing, I board, hangers, and she left us fruit, milk, snacks. I recommend this location. Easy to get to and right across from shopping and food. Large place, plenty of room for 6 of us.

We really liked the location of Anna Maria's place. Every coffee house was available to us: Panera, D&D, Starbucks. Wegmans across the street and a lot of other stores to shop at if you needed or forgot to bring anything. If you are thinking that this is a "staycation" place, it isn't. It is above a business and near a restaurant and Jiffylube - but it isn't noisy so if you wanted to sleep in, you could but there isn't much to see by way of the location. There is a lovely river that isn't that far away, where many of the locals walk and run but seriously, this location affords for easy transit to Philadelphia only about 7 miles away. There is an amazing Malaysia place called Sate Kampar located in Philadelphia -- simply awesome. And Taste of Indiya in Collingswood - which is very close to this location - their food was great! We had a convention in Turnersville which was only 20 minutes away so it was perfect for us. The bedrooms are sufficiently accommodating and the air conditioning on the super hot days were were there was fantastic. Anna Maria supplied a case of water, milk, bagels and cream cheese as well as fruit! So sweet and thoughtful! Having a 1/2 bath is a life saver when you have 5 people staying in one place. It was stocked with TP (very important) hand soap and, yes, an air freshener. The shower is a stall and it is narrow but my hubbie is almost 6 foot and about 220 and he fit ok in it. But I think we would have all been hard pressed to pick up a dropped soap bar =) The beds are like pullouts so it isn't the Ritz Carlton but we found them to be comfortable after a day out. The Pillows were amazing! =) There are TVs in each room, including the living room but we didn't stay in long enough to watch anything - and there isn't anything worthwhile to watch anyways. Ask about what you think you will need, Anna Maria is very communicative and helpful. At this time, there isn't a hair dryer, iron or ironing board so bring those along. There is a microwave but no toaster (but D&D is literally almost next door!) The wifi was fast and for all the techies (like me) there are a lot of outlets for use. There is a stackable washer and dryer, in the apartment, which was very convenient. We hope to stay here again next year! THANKS ANNA MARIA!!!

Isaak was a pleasure to do business with. He was very available for anything needed, and was committed to keep the stay a enjoyable one. His place was very nice and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this is a place to stay!

We had the best time at Isaak's apartment. Clean and spacious, close to train with an easy access to Philadelphia, apartment was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Isaak and Olga are wonderful helpful hosts. We found amazing restaurant on their recommendation. We will stay at this apartment again! Thank you Isaak and Olga!

Excellent séjour, je recommande vivement avec Isaak. Sa place est tout l'étage supérieur de la maison avec une entrée séparée. Mettre en place comme un agréable et confortable ENB avec cuisine, bureau, chambre et salon avec télévision. J'ai aussi utilisé la machine à laver / sèche-linge dans le sous-sol. Merci beaucoup pour le grand séjour! Parfait!

While the place is decent enough to sleep at I did not feel enticed to stay any longer after waking up because of the neighborhood the rental was located in. I feel like that could of been communicated ahead of time. Our drivers that would pick us up or drop us off continuously warned us and told us to be careful because the area wasn't a good one. Not the best feeling when you're not from the area or know nothing about it.

A+ host! Everything was extremely clean and organized when we arrived. The apartment was very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and less than 20 mins away from Philly. Our stay was lovely and Dami even left us gifts upon our arrival. Highly recommended!

Dami's place was absolutely perfect. There was parking available, the apartment is very clean and decorated well. It's even better in real life than the pictures. I have no doubt in mind that I'll be going back to this place next time I'm in town. The place is in Cherry Hill, NJ but it's close enough to Philly that we drove back and forth with no issues. It's about a 20 min drive to Philly.

Dami's communication was outstanding from beginning to end. I was very comfortable with him and did a great job in making sure that I had a good experience. Dami's apartment is nice and very clean. He even left a gift for me! My stay far surpassed my expectations.

I had a great stay at Dave's home and Dave is a great guy. If you need anything he is just a phone call away. The apartment was great it has everything you need. If i had to be critical there isn't any pots or pans in the kitchen but we made full use of the oven along side the cutlery. Dave even provided water, juice, coffee and snacks which was nice of him. It is about a 10 minute uber ride from the city. Me and my partner walked a couple of times which took about 1.30hr. The aparment is in a sketchy area so you might not want to walk it. The price is great for everything your getting the only down side is area but we didn't have any problems.

The location is kind of sketchy but apartment pretty much like photos just couldn't make much use of the kitchen cause there was nothing there. Dave is a good host who's ready to help and will satisfy your needs. He also has snacks & water for you, which is usually rare!

This place was awesome! It was much bigger than expected, with a nice sitting room and full sized kitchen. There were a ton of amenities....there was even a bottle of wine left in the refrigerator. There was also a beautiful outdoor seating area. Our host, Lisa, was very flexible and communicative, and was really understanding when we were late checking in due to traffic. I would highly recommend this place.

This place was wonderful! The studio apartment was exactly like the posted pictures. Lisa was very accomodating and welcoming. Beautiful place with great amenities, parking, location and sense of privacy.

cute place, very clean and welcoming host. Lisa left us coffee snacks and bathroom products which was very thoughtful. The bed was hard, but the sheets were so soft. The TV did not work which they did offer to fix however we would of had to leave for a little and the purpose of the trip was just to relax and not go anywhere. Luckily I had my iPad and connected to the wifi. On our way there we left at 11 to check in for 12 Lisa allowed us to check in early, however she texted me around 1130 saying that we were not allowed to check in until 1 due to some plumbing issues, and last minute clean up/getting ready. So we had to kill an (URL HIDDEN) would of been nice to get the text earlier. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and always asked if we needed anything to make our stay better. Overall, it was a great trip and I do recommend staying here.

Lisa and George were wonderful hosts! The studio was much larger than I was expecting it to be. Very clean. Fast communication. The bed is very comfortable. It's in a very good location close to everything. They made sure I had food and drinks for my trip and shampoos, body wash etc. It was really a wonderful home. I highly recommend staying here!

Lisa's place showed that she was very detail oriented and I would definitely stay anytime I need a place in this area of NJ. It was way more spacious than I expected, very neat clean and cozy. I absolutely loved her studio! So worth the value

Amazing place and Lisa is an Awesome host. The room was very comfortable. It had comfortable bed, sofa, chairs, a small kitchen, big fridge.....basically everything. More than that Lisa is a very warm person and very helpful. She was there to help me whenever I needed.

Lisa is a wonderful hostess. She was super prompt at getting back to me with my last minute request. She greeted me out front when I couldn't see the driveway (too many hours on the road!) . The place was clean, spacious, well stocked and had plenty of room. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

I contacted Lisa on behalf of my husband. She replied within a day. Later the check in process between her and my husband was very smooth. My husband really enjoyed the stay. Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice waffle and coffee for breakfast. Highly recommended!

I love the self check in aspect; this made it super convenient. The space was very clean and there was beer waiting in the fridge. If you plan on cooking at all, I would suggest only bringing things you can microwave or don't have to heat up because the kitchen is pretty limited (no oven, no spatulas, etc). If you are sensitive to smoke I would not stay here because you can smell the smoke from the bar downstairs but if it doesn't bother you then its a nice space. Parking is annoying...you have to park in a deck but the area is nice so you'll pretty much be walking anyway. The only thing I DID NOT like was I messaged Richard twice about parking when I got there and never got a response. I guess ask your questions before you travel there

Everything was as described. Check in/out is a breeze. It's directly above the bar so it gets a bit noisy but nothing too crazy-- and you should know what you're getting into if you're staying here to begin with.

Awesome place for a quick trip. The location is perfect and super easy to find. SelfCheck in is a major plus! I enjoyed this airbnb and would gladly stay again.

Richard's place is great! Centrally located between Chinatown & historic downtown Philadelphia, & right around the corner from several public transit options. Paddy's Old City Pub (the bar that the airbnb is over) is an awesome little dive bar. All of the staff warmly greeted me every time I came in, introduced me to other customers at the bar, & constantly checked to see if I had any questions or needed help. The shower is stall-sized, but it's enough room to do what you need to. You can hear music & conversation upstairs from the bar below, but that's what happens when you stay over a bar! Get out of bed & go hang out downstairs! I'll definitely plan on trying to book Paddy's any time I come back to Philly. Thanks Rich!

I was worry at first cause there was no review for this place. But it turned out quite good. The house is big enough for 6 of us. The house is fairly clean. We are driving so the location didn't really matter to us. Free street parking is available and we managed to park right in front of the house. Great place for the price.

Overall grade A. Amazing host, amazing place & amazing time. Host is very responsive & checks in to make sure you're having an amazing stay.
