Raffy is a great host. He is very fast in responding to questions and easy to deal with. His place is near gimmick places and restos, has a convenience store at the GF. We find the accommodation neat and well-maintained. Thanks Raffy for accommodating us! :)

I rented Raffy's condo 'cos it comes with a parking space as i had a rental car during my stay. the parking is safe and gated/guarded. the 1bd condo was cozy and clean. comfortable for 1-2 people. the location is walking distance to many nice bar and grill restaurants like Beech or Tides just a short walk. there is starbucks up the street corner for that morning coffee to wake you up. Raffy was a great host and was very communicative throughout the checkin and checkout process. Turns out to be the perfect choice for my short getaway vacation to visit relatives in QC. highly recommended.

Ralph's place is so neat and convenient. Supermarkets downstairs and its very nearby almost all establishments. I love it that Sir Ralph is so helpful and polite. 5star to his place.

Raffy is a great host. He is flexible and friendly. His apartment is close to ABS-CBN and pinoy bigbrother house, and of course close to restaurants and shops. Raffy's apartment is cosy and quite. It's good for couple who wants to have a good relaxation and girls who likes mirrors as his apartment is full of mirrors everywhere.. The bed is also comfortable and good air conditioner. Moreover, he has a folding bike inside so no need to go outside the apartment to do some exercise. Overall, me and my husband had a great stay.

My overnight stay at Ma. Salud's studio unit was worth the price and served my needs well. The amenities posted here on Airbnb was true and accurate upon my arrival. The location is secure and is nearby public transport and shopping mall.

Though not large, but very cozy, nice apartment in the center of Makati on the 46th floor! There is everything necessary for life, including the (not very big for us Russian) bed (plus has the same pull-out), wardrobe, fan, air conditioning, everything for ironing, TV, excellent Wi-fi, kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove and everything you need for cooking. Everything you need for the first time (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and large towels and first aid kit) is available. There is a balcony with views of Makati and the pool in the courtyard, which is located on the 6th floor. If desired, you can go for a swim. There is even a special shallow children's pool! The apartment is clean, comfortable and pleasant stay! The house is new with a few high-speed elevators, a large hypermarket on the 1st floor (unfortunately, not around the clock :)), laundry, beauty salon, spa and restaurants to suit all tastes. Thank you very much, Gemma, for complimentary snacks, water, and drink! We really enjoyed!

I recommend this place to stay if you want to be in the Makati area. For the price you just can't beat it. It's very clean and conveniently located to everything you can possibly do in the Makati area. If you don't feel like going anywhere and just want to stay in and relax there is a Jazz Mall located downstairs on the main floor. The mall has restaurants, salons, hardware store, Hypermarket, laundry service, and other various stores. It was very convenient for me because I got to buy groceries and cook my own meals (kitchen has everything you need). Very handy if you're a budget traveler like myself. Communication with the host was excellent and he replied to all my messages instantly. There is cable TV and the WiFi is quite fast. Oh and the shower has hot water too! What are you waiting for? Book now!

Despite the rush booking, my fiancè and I were fortunate enough to book at Maam Gemma and Sir Brian's place. They were quick in responding to our queries. You will really feel at home as they already have kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, and heater for your hot drinks. Smart Tv and wifi was also a Plus. They also have rice, spices, and other condiments ready. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony as the place is on the top floor of the building. :) We were also surprised with the welcome gift. :) We truly appreciate it Ma'am and Sir. I will surely endorse your place to my friends who will be visiting Manila/Makati. The fee was super worth it!!! :)

It's my first experience with AirBnB and we're so glad to have found Rina's place. It was an excellent place to stay in. Nos han dado a nuestro dinero, especialmente cuando nos dejaron registrarnos temprano y registro de salida después de las 5PM. Fue un salvavidas total que no me sentía bien cuando aterricé y habría sido terrible tener que esperar 3 horas más antes de que pudiera acostarse y descansar. La zona está cerca del 7 eleven, restaurantes, y se pueden encontrar fácilmente por los conductores Uber. Me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo cuando vuelva a Manila. :)

Unit 3724 at Green Residences hosted by Beth is a nice place,clean and sanitized.They have internet,intercom and telephone inside the unit.Internet strong connection.They provide clean and sanitized slippers.We can cooked our own foods.The couple host Peter and Beth is very accommodating.They show us first the amenities like the pool,game room and fitness room.

Elay went out of her way to accommodate my weird time of arrival and departure. She was very helpful. Internet was in and out the first day but became stable eventually. Recommended place to stay.

Elay's place was beyond amazing. It surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend it and will definitely use it again in the future. Her unit is very clean, location is very accessible, it has complete amenities and most of all, Elay was very easy to communicate with. A big thumbs up! :)

Transaction with Elay was super smooth. I booked the unit for my aunt and her partner. And according to them, the unit was spotless when they arrived. They had a super nice stay since Elay's ad is very accurate so what you see is what you get. Which also means you're getting what you expect you are paying for.

És la meva primera vegada que utilitza airbnb.Ana és una gran persona encara que jo no la vaig veure, l'habitació és gran i còmoda, és que serà una bona opció si tria aquesta habitació.

El lloc és fàcil de trobar i una distància a peu des de l'aeroport. Quan vam arribar, Representant d'Anna ja hi era perquè ens ajudi. Ens van mostrar la nostra habitació i després de la introducció de les regles de la casa, que tenia l'habitació per a nosaltres mateixos, que és bo perquè nosaltres per relaxar-se.

This was a wonderful stay. The host was most helpful with assisting me with a (very) early check-in, and did their best to resolve few other requests I had as soon as possible. There is a newly opened shopping mall and lots of cafes within walking distance. Great value for the money!

It was a "rush" booking for my cousin and her guest, but Alexandra readily accommodated our request. Very good assistance also of the caretaker, Aling Nilda. Communication is fast. Place is very comfortable complete with clean linens, and has great location as it is right beside Greenhills shopping center. Will definitely recommend this place to friends!

Francy is very good person and I also like her family and friends I met during my stay. She helped me and gave good advises when I had something to decide, for example, how I go to the place I want visit, etc. We also had good time to watch movies with couching. You feel safe because her place is in good security. The view from the rooftop is nice. The location is very convenient wherever you go by car or uber and you also can ride on the train very quickly. There are 2 big malls near here, one opens till 9 pm and another opens till 10 pm, additionally there are some convini-stores (some of them opens 24 hours) . I also liked to buy some good maogos and eat some local foods in a market lacated opposite side from malls. Staying at Ms. Mc’s place is one of the best “staycations” my family and I ever had. Ms. Mc was an amiable and a very accommodating host. She had been very responsive to all our queries and needs. In fact, everything has been well prepared before our arrival. The Shine Residences has given us a 5-star hotel feel from the lobby to its well-maintained amenities. Ms. MC’s unit was a very homey place to stay. Its rustic ambiance added to its homelike feel. With its well-equipped kitchen, my mom was able to cook meals for us. Exactly what we wanted because she has been away for quite some time now. The towels, blankets and pillows were all spotlessly clean. The bathroom was flawless as well. We could not ask for more. Everything was just perfect! We are definitely recommending Ms. MC’s place to everyone who wants an enjoyable and fuss free vacation.

I booked for my aunt and uncle who arrived from London, just an overnight stay before they head off to pangasinan. A temp place. And it was haven! The interior is just jaw dropping! Very unique urban living in the city!!! Very near mall, has its own 711 and ATMs plus a nail spa which is love. Hosts were awesome, allowed extension as my uncle was confined in hospital. Made it feel so much home with just perfect interiors with super fast wifi and cable to boot! Will book again for sure!!! Cant get enough of the interiors :)

I had a great stay at Ms. MC's unit. It is cozy, clean and I like the interiors! It is even near to shops like nail spa, 711, laudry shop, etc. If you like walking, which I did during my stay, you'll find Ayala Malls the 30th just 5 mins away. I even walked to The Podium and Megamall. A great way to exercise. Check in and check out was no hassle! Ms. MC was also very much accommodating with all my queries. I'll stay here again for sure.

Awesome place, booked for Singaporean friends. A couple visiting Philippines for a few days on vacation to Bicol and needed a short stint stay in Manila. They loved the interiors and the super fast wifi! Jeff is allergic to heat and enjoyed the 2HP airconditioned room. New appliances, a cable TV provided. Very central location. Near ayala mall 30th where theres so many places to eat, coffee shops and even a lazy boy movie theater! Love the place and the location. Nail spa on the building provided, and its own convenience store plus own ATM. Definitely worth recommending!

Place is comfortable, big enough for 2 people, my boyfriend who was travellimg and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The area is really great and close to malls and restaurants, its walking distance to the Ayala the 30th Mall which is great. It also has convenient stores on the groumd floor. Owners are very nice and accomodating. Bathroom is tiny especially the shower room but everything works fine. TV isnt a smart tv and has a blue line.

Great location, awesome interiors! Unique and creative. Fast wifi which is unexpected and rare in Phils. Im based in Canada and has short stint in manila before holidays in the islands. The unit is central, a few minutes walk from a mall. Easy to take uber, and has FX to megamall. Central yet private. Inside a well guarded community, very safe even for tourists. Amenities include pool use, and has everything needed even if you want to prepare own food as its equipped with all brand new kitchen stuff. Whats cool is even if its all provided, I managed with a 711 right at the lobby bldg with ATM too! Very convenient. Highly recommended. Hosts also very accommodating.

The place was truly amazing! My family and I had a wonderful time. The rustic theme was very relaxing and inspiring even, like I wanted to adopt in my own house what they did to their interiors. Ms. MC and her daughter, Diane, were really accommodating! They really tended to our needs. I felt like I was being demanding (with the parking slot and the cable TV), yet they really made sure we were comfortable. If we needed to stay in the area again, I would definitely book their place again.

This is the best place to be if you really want to feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Ate Pauline the host made sure everything was in order when we arrived. She was always available when we had questions. What so great about this place is having all the necessary amenities here. The kitchen has everything in it so we could cook our own meals. AC in there kept the place cool and cozy. From checking other listings for a hot water shower. That isn't always the case here, but it's here and it's great. Nice hot water. With access to the gym and pool were such a great luxury. For the price we got more than what we expected. This is truly a gem in the Philippines. We will be staying here again.

We did not regret staying here at this hostel. The room is clean, neat tidy, it's new. The bathroom is very clean with good hot and cold shower. We love the remote controlled light and fan rolled into one! The place or location is not crowded and not noisy even if its just along the highway. It's just neat LRT/MRT. The internet/wifi was also fast. Overall, we highly recommend this place

Hostela Manila B&B оказался очень приятным местом с дружелюбным персоналом. Номер был чистым и уютным. К сожалению ,не было горячей воды, но в жаркую погоду можно обойтись и без неё. Администраторы хостела отвечали на все вопросы и всегда старались помочь. Большое спасибо им и хозяину Anthony! Единственной неприятностью стали периодически появлявшиеся в номере тараканы... Но, в целом, всё прошло отлично. Рекомендую хостел всем путешественникам, которым важно сэкономить и получить приемлемый вариант проживания.

Shai and her staff are very helpful. They are very consistent in helping me especially during my problem with the electric stove. She sent one of her people to bring a replacement and I was able to cook for my husband and daughter. The place is as described. My stay from Good Friday until Easter is good. 중앙 샹그릴라 호텔 포트에 가까운 매우 아늑한 장소! 월 & 샤이는 아주 좋은 호스트이었다!

This is a lovely apartment and Shai is such a gracious host. She event let me use her netflix and offered a bottle of wine. The location is amazing. Lots of places to eat, drink, close to offices, plain awesome. My only issue is the cockroach infestation in the bathroom. Shai was very nice to spray the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time at the Forbswood Heights Condo. It was a small place but wonderful location meant that didn't matter. A stone throw from High street in the Fort close to all you need in BGC May wasn't available during our stay but she was always contactable and Carmel was helpful bringing water and giving tips for what's happening. Having Apple Tv with Netflix was a big plus for those times we wanted to escape the heat. I liked the quirky decor in the apartment - some wouldn't enjoy it but it had a homely feel to it. My partner didn't feel 100% comfortable there but you can't please everyone! Thank you Ladies!

Hello! Mam Sessan is very nice person. She was the one accommodating us around the residence and around her unit. The unit made me feel confident that the girls will enjoy their decent stay. The amenities are provided so we don't need to bring towels. If you visit around Katipunan St. or Ateneo De Manila, this is one of the recommended places to stay.

Sessan's place was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, stunning views, and with everything you might need. I stayed for a week to do research at Ateneo University, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Sessan is a terrific host. She greeted me in the lobby when I arrived, and gave me clear instructions and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!

The place was clean and nice. Leica was very accommodating we felt like we had a close friend/ relative during our entire stay. I especially liked her willingness and openness to share her place to the extent that she offered to give us a few hours extension even after we checked out. We also loved the soft blankets, towels, bed sheets, etc which added to our good rest despite the busy schedule we had on this travel. I will surely go back here. Thanks Leica for sharing us your personal space and hope to see you soon!

Leica's condo unit is a great value for your money. It's strategically located but surprisingly it's a quiet place which is a great plus. Leica is a very responsive host and replies quickly to your queries. For sure, if I'll be needing a cozy, comfy, private and quiet place to stay in the middle of a bustling metropolis, I'll go back to Leica's place.

GREAT STAY! We had a smooth and fast transaction with Ms. Leica PLUS we were able to check in 30 minutes earlier! The place is very accessible and everything that you needed were already provided. What we love most about the unit is the complete cooking utensils. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

Nice cozy place.

Ms. Vicky was very accomodating. My friends were arriving late because of their delayed flight, and they had a late check-in on the room and she still accomodated us. In addition, the condo is very clean and what you see in the pictures is what you would expect. Thank you again for hosting us Ms Vicky.

Great Amenities, some elevators are a bit buggy though

In fact, I'm coming directors to flare Iteotneundeyo as temporary shelters during the preparation Despite arriving at 1 am VICKY haejugo the guide came down directly opens doors If you have an urgent call it had just solved immediately. It was so kind, so living in the same condo was said to contact me if you ever need anything after check-out. The house is well maintained as you can see in the pictures are clear. Condo its facilities are greatly appreciated ~ Very satisfied

Very luxurious feeling apartment. Bright, clean, and pleasant. Very nice building. Great pool and a nice cafe in the lobby. Wifi was really excellent and reliable. Good speed. I had a very nice stay here. Check in was good and very accommodating. Host is very nice. Air conditioner is very good too.

Cathy's unit is cozy and spacious. It has a very good ambience. Everything you need is available like basic essentials, blower, etc. Staying at her unit, was a perfect staycation for us. Cathy was accomodating and super prompt in replying. Highly recommended for everyone to stay. Will definitely go back here! Amazing stay! :)

Cozy place, pretty easy to get UBER here very close to Makati. It was nice watching Netflix again, had a nice time watching The OA.

We stayed in Cathy's place for 9 days. Very good host! Always replies fast and provides your needs. The place is complete, I mean it has everything from emergency kit to Netflix ready on TV and a very good wifi. Clean and well-maintained place. The view from the 21st floor overlooking Makati and other places-great! of course plus the sunset view caps it all. The place is nearby Rockwell, there's taxi and uber/grab that can pick you up anytime. Outside the place there's an easy access to jeepneys if you prefer that. The building is new and security is good. I recommend Cathy's place and will definitely go back to this place next time:) Cheers!

The unit is great and very clean. The curtains are beautiful. Feels like home :) At night your view is awesome outside the corridor. Cathy's mom is very sweet and accommodating. Cathy response messages instantly. :)

A great place to stay. Nice view and peaceful place. Everything you need is in Cathy's place. One word I can say about this place... It is a Home.
