Adrian and Pip are lovely couple and we highly appreciated for their English n French style hospitality. The house are fully equipped with Morden kitchen , nice shower, heater, clean towels, king size bed with luxury mattress etc. It is a nice hidden spot at gooseberry hill, we highly recommended to give it a go with them! The perfect Airbnb experience! It felt like we were staying with friends! Linda and Dimitri are very welcoming hosts and their kids played with our children as they they were long lost friends! They even slept on the same bed and woke up had breakfast and kept playing. It was very sweet to see. The house is in a beautiful bush setting with lovely walks nearby. We played in their lovely indoor pool for hours! Highly recommended.

Beautiful house located just opposite the woods , in a quiet and scenic spot where friendly kangaroos jump out during night time and it was a wonderful experience to sit at the veranda to stare at the shining stars before a good night's sleep. Tim and Barbara welcomed my family even though we were a bit late , had the fire place warm and cosy when we arrived , and even spent time sharing their experiences about walking through the woods to Albany with us ! The view from the house is stunning and their cute pet dalmation Tomby was such a sweetheart ! Thanks for everything and I'll make sure to stay there again when i travel to Perth again !

A really lovely stay at "Wisteria Rest". Tim and Barbara were very friendly hosts while still providing privacy. Lovely neat and clean room with DB and unsuite and access to an adjacent shower and toilet. The property is situated directly across the road from a national park. We sat on the verandah and watched kangaroos in the bush. Would recommend this B&B to friends and family.

Tim and Barbara's place was just lovely! perfectly located, not too far from all amenities , they were such lovely kind caring hosts , everything was wonderful , the beds , the warm cosy fire on the evening that Tim and Barbara had thoughtfully lit for us on our return, not to mention there lovely Dalmation dog Tonby was so cute , there were great views of the forest from the house , lovely comfy lounge room to sit in to watch tv , was sad to leave and will definitely return again, hopefully soon!

Great place to stay, not far from the Centre of kalamunda. The attention to detail is amazing and all the extras were appreciated, I would highly recommend ali's place it's 5 star.

Sobald wir in den Frühling trat, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Es befindet sich auf einem schönen und komfortablen Umgebung, eine 18 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen entfernt; Coles ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Sie können gehen (aber wir nicht). Es ist klug und schön gestaltete alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte zu Haus ohne Platz zu verdrängen vor allem im Bad. Alis Nachdenklichkeit im Haus überall gesehen werden konnte, am Eingang Begrüßung, Hinweise auf Reisen rund um Perth, Essen auf den Tisch, Schrank und Kühlschrank und ein wenig Schutztür an der Treppe für meine 2,5 Jahre altes Kleinkind, das sind nur ein paar Beispiele dafür, wie nachdenklich und großzügig sie ist. Ali ist auf jeden Fall gut verdient ein super Gastgeber zu sein. Wir hoffen, wieder hier zu sein. :)

"The Spring" provided quiet and well-provisioned accommodation in a central location within easy walking distance to Kalamunda. Ali (host) was very welcoming and the good communication was most appreciated.

Ali's apartment is in Perth Hills. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood but definitely accessible by car. The apartment itself is lovely, new and clean. Very modern looking with large windows over-looking the forestry areas. Perfect for 2 people. Ali has also very kindly left some food supplies in the fridge to start us off. Much appreciated!

Ali and Brenden are really friendly and helpful. They would go the extra miles to meet your need. The moment you enter the house, you can tell they have put in lots of thoughts into making your stay comfortable and convenient. We feel really welcomed and it really feels like a real home with the fully equipped facilities. They are also very generous with the food supply in the pantry and fruits enough for a few days! We have stayed in many air Bnbs, by far this is the best host we have ever met! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Spring and are so looking forward to go back again! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Fay's was wonderful. I had a lovely weekend away with some friends and the house was just perfect. It was actually better than expected and far exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice! It had everything we needed and the view was amazing day and night. Could not recommend a nice quiet trip away at Fay's highly enough.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of Perth. Plenty of space for the family with an amazing kitchen & a wonderful shaded pool. The home is very close to the airport & the City. Fay was a great host who allowed us a generous check in & check out time & was very quick to respond to our messages. Our family welcomed in the New Year in a great home. If visiting Perth I would definitely recommend at stay here.

What a beautiful appointed home, with magnificent views of the city and horizon, atop the tree lined hillside! Fay, the most delightful host has created a wonderfully comfortable and modern venue for your large family or group to stay. This multi-level home is perfectly equipped to keep families happy, with large multiple dining and entertainment areas, large swimming pool and luxurious master bedrooms. A rare and lucky find if you can secure this property for your stay. We will be back, for sure!

A wonderful b&b experience. Linda and Brian made us very welcome and we were extremely comfortable in our own private suite. Very comfortable bed! We enjoyed sitting in the ‘sunset bar’ in the large woodland garden. Highly recommended and we hope to return.

The gravel driveway into the property revealed beautiful bush and gardens. We were greeted by Linda and Brian on arrival and made very welcome. The accommodation was upstairs and very comfortable with views of the surrounding bush. We were attending a concert at Red Hill and with the shuttle bus leaving from and returning to the Kalamunda Hotel, this bnb was perfect. The breakfast left for us next morning was delicious. Unfortunately our time there was too short. We look forward to organising a longer stay in the near future.

They are a fantastic couple, great host's and every I needed was there. The property was, homely, very clean and tidy, private and in a beautiful area. They went out of their way to help with a couple of things I needed. The area was very peaceful, I had a very good stay and would go back again.

Beautiful location! The space was lovely and welcoming with a small cheese plate, a range of homemade conserves, fresh bread, yogurt, coffee, and the rest. Absolutely fabulous hosts.

Thanks Linda and Brian,we were very happy with our stay at Kalamunda. The guest area is private and spacious with great views of the garden,birds and surrounding national park. Linda and Brian are very welcoming,helpful and respectful of guest privacy. All home needs are provided with a kitchen area ample for light meals. Lounge and bedroom are pleasant and very comfortable. Their native garden is fantastic to wander through or relax in and was featured on national television.

Great communications before and during stay ... peaceful, clean and perfect

I didn't have the chance to meet Emma (late check-in and early check-out) but it was easy to communicate with her. Her mum (very nice) welcomed us with a cup of tea. Really appreciated the late check-in. The room is very comfy and very clean house. It was perfect ! I warmly advice you this place, particularly if you want to be close to the airport (15min drive).

Emma's house is a great place to stay, a lovely house, excellent company, a comfortable bed and a great location, 15 mins from the airport and a short drive from kalamunda which is a nice little town with lots of places to eat, shop etc. Highly recommended, we felt very well looked after!

I absolutely loved my stay in the 'Rosewood' studio apartment. It felt both homely and luxury, which is hard to find. It was great being able to prepare my own meals and sit out in the beautiful gardens. Nick was so welcoming, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend 'Possum Creek Lodge'. Great place to stay, comfortable and convient

Daves house is absolutely incredible, the photos seriously do not do it any justice! We've lived in Perth our whole life but never knew it had a view like this or that a house like this would even exist! The view from the pool area & the rooftop skydeck at night is like something I've only ever seen at movies shot in the Hollywood hills! Dave on the other hand is the perfect host. First day he made us ham and cheese croissants which was very nice and unexpected to go above and beyond like that to make us feel welcome. He stayed out of our way and let us do our own thing unless we needed something. The house is so big we felt like we were in our own Bali style resort in the middle of Ubud. I seriously cannot believe how much we struck gold with this booking! We will be back most definitely!!

The studio was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The studio is small but had everything we needed. It is close to the airport. The cereal and milk were appreciated. We stayed on a weekend and were able to go to the local market which was very enjoyable. Friendly host.

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The apartment is so much more spacious and well decorated than the photos on the listing! The apartment is well equipped and cozy. The apartment is located close to the nature park and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily visitation by the birds at the balcony. The host is very hospitable and friendly, making sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely revisit if we are around the area!

This was a wonderful place to stay for many reasons. The location was peaceful and felt very safe. We were made to feel very welcome and knew we could be in touch really quickly if we needed anything. The home had everything you would need to settle straight in, and the surrounding area had wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops. Loved the open fire!

Sue was more than helpful to our needs, and so to was Kim. with out a doubt they both went above and beyond for us..I feel like we are friends. We did have some special requests and needs and they were more than willing to help us out. Our family enjoyed the tranquility, the calmness in which surrounds your home. The 28-Parrots they were a sight, cheeky, bright and a welcome presence and with the odd sighting of the Quendas, and kangaroos and all the beautiful native wildlife, matched with the awesome sunsets and sunrises in which we had the pleasure of seeing. Our family loved what your home and surrounds offers where in our everyday lives we forget whats important 'living'. Thank you for opening your home to our family, it was priceless. If in the area again we would definitely loved to stay.

This place is a real gem. A chance to experience the Aussie bush with wonderful ammenities, close to the airport and highways north and south. Barbara and John were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. John makes a great coffee in the morning. A great place to stay in Perth.

I was made to feel very welcome and the amenities are more than adequate. The location is very peaceful and quiet and is close by to my workplace in Ellenbrook. I recommend Charita to anyone looking for a secluded and quiet place to relax. The gardens are just gorgeous too. Just a pity that I didn't have more time to check out their camper! Next time! Barbara and Jon were perfect hosts. Made me feel very welcome. Everything was as described. Very peaceful place to stay yet not far from the airport.

The hosts Barbara and Jon both greeted me on arrival. They were instantly engaging and warming.The property is exactly as depicted in the pictures. I was only there for a short time but the room was self contained and peaceful. Any requests were dealt with immediately. Its just a shame i didn't get time to do any exploration of the area as volunteer commitments predominated and i took my fast paced existence to Perth with me! I would stay there again any time, very close to the airport and perth city yet far away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.
