Fabulous! From start to finish our stay at the Carriage House was just perfect... the property is beautiful, the furnishing very comfortable, the location was great with easy access to public transportation & our hosts made us feel at home! Looking forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing 5-star stay at the carriage house. Mick and Patrick go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provided us with everything we could possibly need or want. From robes and plenty of plush towels to beer and b-cycle membership cards. They are the most pleasant guys and are really interested in you having a great experience. We felt like we won the Colorado lottery. The carriage house is a historically unique place in a fun, up and coming area. If you are at all hesitant about the location, know that it is optimally located between the highlands and downtown Denver. Additionally the Five Points neighborhood is very safe, historic and has many places to get coffee, brews and good eats. We loved this location for all the historic homes and easy access. Mick and Patrick take great pride in their lush abode and even invited us to a party and to peek into real estate homes in the area. We are already thinking about the next time we can visit and stay at the carriage house! I am convinced that this is the best spot in all of Denver. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it!

It was our first trip to Denver and this stay was everything as expected. The place was exactly as the photos show, very clean, great hosts and some extra amenities like beverages, snacks and a hot tub. The bed was really comfortable and no loud street noise in the area. Perfect location to quickly get around any part of the city and ample parking on the street at any time of day. We would definitely rent this place again when we return for another visit and recommend to all friends!

This is a gorgeously remodeled historic carriage house that is perfect for a couple. We loved all the design and architectural details, and Mick also provides lots of recommendations and amenities, such as complimentary bike rental passes for the urban bike share system. The neighborhood is what some might consider "transitional" but there are lots of restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. within short walking distance. Parking was easy - basically everything was easy. Can you tell that we loved it?

I loved this place! It was cute and so detailed in the design. Also, Mick offers great hospitality with drinks and snacks waiting for you upon arrival. Overall, I had a great stay here. Beautiful in person.

This place is beautiful! I can't express how much of an impact staying here had on our whole trip to Denver. Only a short walk to a lightrail, gorgeous private patio to sit and have coffee in the morning, plus all of the snacks and refreshments already provided made our stay effortless. Also, street parking was a breeze - never once had trouble finding a spot. Patrick is a wonderful host! He checked in with me once or twice to ensure everything was going well and to help if needed. I appreciate knowing i can always text if i need anything, but have the privacy of this little home away from home. :) There is no where else I'd stay in Denver after staying here. Thank you!

This is a great house, very nicely furnished and with all one might need. Eliza and her husband are excellent hosts. It is obvious they care about their guests having a nice experience. The instructions were clear and everything worked fine. When we arrived the router was unplugged by accident so internet did not work but Eliza answered her phone immediately and we sorted it out on the spot. Internet connection was good. The area may feel a bit quiet at night, but is clearly being gentrified. 30 minute walk from the convention center, and well-connected by bus. We had a fantastic time staying in Parricia's Victorian home -- it's within walking distance of many great eating and drinking places, and is a perfect combination of vintage charm and modern comfort. The bath tub was to die for. Patricia was very kind and generous and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Patricia's place was better than described. Spacious, clean and fun. It was very close to all the breweries, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We got around in Ubers and a ride was never more than $7. If our visit was during the summer we probably would have walked everywhere. Patricia herself was sweet, helpful and accommodating. Our stay with Patricia was great. The home is gorgeous! Rooms were very clean and we loved the 2-person jacuzzi tub after a long hike. The location is perfect for heading into RiNo, with many great breweries and coffee shops. She was a gracious host and offered any help we needed. We stayed at Pat's place for a few days to explore Denver. It was a short walk from several restaurants and stores. It was a short uber to downtown which was great also. The place was very clean and had a lot of charm.

Patricia's place was so lovely. It was so nice to have the whole upper level, we had so much space and it really did feel like a home. I would definitely recommend!

We had a short stay in Denver and McKenna's place was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and all the essentials were there for us. McKenna was very responsive and helpful.

McKenna was very kind and responsive, we had an excellent stay!! She even let us borrow a lantern when we told her we were going camping (after our stay) and forgot ours! The apartment was very clean, sunny, and eclectic mid-mod describes it perfectly! We had everything we needed, great WiFi, easy curbside parking; very convenient to the interstate, zoo, downtown, Starbucks, Walgreens, and lots of restaurants.

The space is exactly as described in the listing. McKenna was gracious enough to leave snacks and coffee for our use. Her place was clean, bright, spacious, and welcoming. The bed was super comfy which made being away from home that much easier. Off-street parking was a bonus. We never actually saw our host, but that was due to our traveling schedule. She offered to be available and checked in on us periodically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. Would stay here again!

Loved this place! Location is superb within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The home is clean and welcoming. Minimalism and homey all in one. The pictures do not show how modern and spacious this home is. The kitchen is very well equipped with the latest conveniences and the kitchen bar is immense. Great dining room that could sit a dozen people easily. Upstairs laundry room. Fantastic master bath. Fun play room and back yard. Large grill. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Wow, Yoann’s house was the perfect setting for our big group to enjoy our 3 day stay! We especially loved the big kitchen space for making meals, the modern/clean interior, and the open living room/basement spaces for socializing. The property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is just a few minutes away from a supermarket and restaurants. Yoann was a fabulous communicator and clearly takes great care of his home. We highly recommend renting this house!

We loved this house, very modern and European. We didn't get to experience the neighborhood, but seem to be quiet and nice with parks. Communication was great with the host, fast responses and updates.

The house is actually bigger than what the pictures show. We were a group of 9 adults with small children and there was more than enough room. The Host was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and alway willing to help and answer questions.

We like that Mike's place is in a central location and parking was easy. Even if you don't want to bother driving downtown, it's just a $5 Uber ride. It's also a quick drive to a lot of good restaurants and is about a mile away from Larimer Square, which is a cute block with great options for shopping and dining. The apartment is well-stocked with everything you might need (even reusable grocery bags!), clean and nicely decorated. Though we do agree with one of the reviewers who mentioned the smell of the neighbor's smoking habit wafting into the apartment sometimes. It's not a big deal because it doesn't happen often and if you're like us, you would most likely be out and about the whole day anyway. Overall, Mike's place is a great choice if you're planning on visiting Denver!

My wife and I had a great stay at the apartment. Mike was very welcoming and easy to communicate with through the whole process. The apartment is very well stocked from the bitters in the kitchen to the band-aids in the first aid kit - this was very much appreciated!

I had a great few days at Mike's place. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, cute, and with everything one needs for a great stay . His duplex is close to the city centre (10-15 minutes walking), close to a huge grocery shop, wine store, and everything else you could need. Mike communication was great, both before and during my stay. He is a great host and you should feel very comfortable booking his place!

Mike's place is a great spot for exploring Denver. We arrived late on a Tues night, and he was still available via email to answer questions we had when we got in. The place is cozy with great access to downtown. If you're a runner, the Cherry Creek running trail is only a few blocks away. I love that there is coffee in the kitchen and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. He definitely attends to the small details to ensure the comforts of home. The only thing I didn't expect was the stale smell of smoke from the adjoining neighbor. Mike's place was immaculate w/ no odors, but at certain times of the day, you definitely got a wiff of the neighbor's smoking habit. Overall, it was a good home base to explore Denver, and we would definitely recommend this place to friends passing through.

This place is amazing. It is in a residential and quiet neighborhood. However, it is incredibly close to anywhere you want to go. We didn't spend any more than $10 on an Uber to RiNo, downtown, Coors field and many other places. The apartment itself is super clean and Peter even left cereal, fruit, water and oatmeal for us. He was also very attentive to anything that we needed and our stay went off without a problem. If I ever go back to Denver I would definitely stay there again.

This was my first time using Airbnb and I was very impressed at how easy and effortless everything was from the booking to my exit. This was our very first experience with an airbnb, we just can't imagine staying in another conventional hotel again. Jim was very accommodating & flexible since we were really just crashing for the night on the first leg of our trip out to Steamboat. It worked out so well that we booked the same room with him on the way back home. The house itself is cute, comfortable, and laid back. We met a few friendly, interesting folks who were staying there as well, and are thinking of setting up our own airbnb back here in Asheville.

Whether it was inviting me out for a bike ride, to a concert in the park, or to a local bar, there was always room for one more! I cannot express how good these folks make my trip! Jimbo's place was in an awesome and safe location. We could easily go to the City Park and down town. But the fun part at this stay was his adorable home. A lot of character and fun stuff, you don't even want to leave the place. Beautiful garden with patio furniture a fire pit. He left cute and funny notes all around the place. We loved staying there and definitely Jim's place will be our destination in Denver. We had a nice chat too. He's an awesome person to be friend with.

This location is close enough to the new Rino district north of downtown . That you can hop on one of the bikes and go explore the galleries , restuarants , and shops . Wonderful stay , the house is clean and comfortable .

My stay at Josh's place was wonderful. The place was very clean and cozy with everything I needed and expected. I stayed here for 2-months this past summer and I couldn't have had a better experience. This is located close to the Downing Street RTD station but Denver is such a bicycle friendly city that I rode my bike almost everywhere. The Rowhouse is comfortable with everything you could need. The backyard is a great place to relax and look up at the stars at night. Randy was very helpful and he went out of his way to give me recommendations and was very friendly and responsive to anything I needed. I felt like I was staying at a high-end resort! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Denver!

Josh's Rowhome was perfect for our long weekend in Denver. Clean, comfortable, and close to the interstates for when we ventured off for hiking. The chocolate chip cookies and milk welcoming us were such a treat! The area/neighborhood felt a little unsafe so we didn't utilize the bikes (although we wanted too!). We were initially concerned about not having central AC, but the window units and fans helped keep the rowhome comfortably cool, despite the 100 degree weather. Wonderful host and lovely home!

I had an excellent experience staying here. Michael and his his roommate were totally awesome. They made me feel very welcome and were a great to hang out with. They are also very knowledgeable about local sights and restaurants. The place is immaculate, quiet and relaxing. The room is stocked with towels, a coffee maker, microwave, tv/roku, a handy charging station. and an amazing sleep number bed with high quality bedding. The internet is very fast and there is a big table to work at. There is a lot of stuff near by including a fun little sports bar around the corner. I highly recommend this host, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I really loved it. Don't be fooled, it's a little shabby on the outside but it's very quaint and cozy inside. Well decorated and furnished in a way that optimizes the space. It's a bit small but doesn't feel cramped or anything. It's very central and close to just about anything you need. Very clean and lots of snacks provided! Two thumbs way yes!

John's place was perfect for a long weekend in Denver! Plenty to do within walking distance and everything else was a quick uber away. Very clean and exactly as described, and John was great at answering questions and giving suggestions. I would definitely recommend!

We had a good stay at John's place. We were only there one night, and unfortunately it was snowing badly, so we didn't get to explore the neighborhood, but John's place was cozy. There was a small issue with a leak, and John came over quickly to check it out.

Really good spot in a great location. Internet is great and it's a straight shot to anywhere in Denver.

Blair was a lovely host who shared her beautiful home with us! Everything was super clean, cozy, and comfortable and there were plenty of design books and Denver guides in the room for us to flip through. We loved every single shop and bars she recommended for us, and we can't wait to come back in the near future :) Her amenities are very hospitable and she made everything about our trip that much easier and relaxed. Blair was an amazing host! I stayed with my mom on our annual trip! We were supplied with museum passes to he Denver Art Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art! We loved how quiet the area was! Great place!

I will make this review as honest and fair as possible (I myself am a host in Boulder and feel reviews are most helpful) So, I accidentally put too much pressure on the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom and it came out of the wall. Although, I did text Blair about it and she said her handyman was $20/hr so I left $25 for the inconvenience. We also checked out by 11AM and asked Blair to use the museum passes for a bit longer and with no response, brought it back by 1:30--did feel bad as we almost forgot but was then responded to with a rude text with an immature tone ("other guests stay here to, ya know") but her check in is at 3:00 and she did not respond to our initial request to keep it a little longer. In fact, she barely responded to any of our texts or calls about questions we had throughout our entire stay. About the place: The place is hip with cool saying in the living room. Clean room and clean bathroom with toiletries that were nice. Cute place and lol loved the pics of her family and friends on her fridge--personal touches are my favorite. About host, Blair: Unfortunately, Blair was not welcoming at all.. She did not seem very interested in meeting us, did not care to introduce herself to us, did not show us around the house or where things were, seemed very irritated in person and even through her texts and calls. I don't think the quality of the place was worth for how we were treated but really just completely overlooked. It made me a bit sad because it was a treat to stay in Denver and I expected just to be treated at least with common kindness and respect. This was probably the worst stay I've had with Airbnb. However, in her defense, every other stay with Airbnb has been excellent. My real concern for other travelers is that when you have a real question about the place and your stay, Blair does not get back to you through text or messages for a couple hours and before my stay, it took her a couple days to respond to my questions. If you are a traveler who does not care for meeting the host or care about prompt answers to concerns or questions, then you might not be bothered by these things and it could be a good fit. I have good faith that it was just a bad day for Blair. My boyfriend and I did love going to the contemporary museum of Art. Great place to visit, very very okay stay at Blair's adobe. I would include pictures of the blunt conversation mentioned earlier but can't.

Blair was beyond hospitable, a caring and gracious host. We look forward to staying with her anytime we come to Denver. We really enjoyed the museum passes and neighborhood restaurants. Highly recommended.

I did not like Blair house nor her way of communication. She asked me when I am going to check in and I told her 12 PM. When I came to the house she told me I am sorry I forget to tell you come at 3 PM. So I had to stay for 3 hours in from of her door because as she said there is some one is cleaning the house. Later after 3 hours of waiting in the cold weather I contacted her asking for some one to open the door, she did not answer my call. After that she called me and told me I can open the door and the keys are there. When I went to the house I saw disgusting house. The entire house was not cleaned. I had to clean the bedroom, leaving room, bathroom, and the kitchen. Razor on the shower place. A lot of leftover food in the refrigerator and in the sink of the kitchen. Also, uncleaned cups on the living room. I have picture for all of this. Finally, when I was calling Blair, she did not answer my call. I am sorry, but it was not as I expected. By the way, I stayed in her house for two days instead of 5 days.

Blair was easy to communicate with. Her house was coolly decorated, clean, and comfortable. It's in a good location if you like being able to walk to cool places to eat and drink.

Blair was a super easy going host. The place was clean and neat and we had a great stay.

Blair was very accommodating and friendly. The room was just as described. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Blair for a great place to stay.
