I was only able to meet Josephine briefly, but we kept in contact via text and she was willing to help ensure my stay was a good one.

This place was great. If I didn't know better I would think I was in a hotel room. Easy access and entrance and located in a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Josephine was a stupendous host. The room and bathroom were immaculate. She kindly provided snack and toiletry baskets. It felt like a real bnb! The tv screen was gigantic. We had a private entrance. And the backyard was grrrreat for my dog! Nice, safe neighborhood; much better than a more option. Everything about the stay was ideal.

Josephine's place is more than just a private room. It's more like a small apartment. Private entrance, bath, and mini-kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave. The place is very clean, and well-equipped. Josephine supplies you with everything you need for your stay. I really appreciated the A/C on a hot, humid NJ day. Highly recommend.

This is a great apartment! Exactly as listed and even more comfortable that the pictures can portray. Oladunni has provided extra essentials in the bath, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Communication with Oladunni was easy and she provides extensive details about check-in and -out. Definitely recommended!

I had a great trip to Okadunni's place. Everything looked just like the pictures, if not better. She provided essentials and even breakfast. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Would definitely recommend and I'm most likely to return.

Jim is a fantastic host. He made sure to provide basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and internet, but also cooked for me! He has a dog who is a well behaved sweetheart. The place was a value, significantly cheaper than a hotel. And Jim was easily available by cell to answer any questions or logistical details. His home is in a quiet suburb. For travel to Philadelphia, it clearly is not as convenient as being in the city itself, but is close to the PATCO rail line. Everything considered, I highly recommend staying with Jim.

Jim was very welcoming and accomadating. He provided us with all the details well in advance and let us knew of any changes that happened. House was neat organized, and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

I couldn't have asked for a more gracious and thoughtful host. Jim was very accommodating to my crazy schedule, even skipping a class so he could be there to greet me and introduce me to his adorable , sweet dog! He made sure I had first rights to the bathroom in the morning so I could get ready for work. Again, very accommodating! I will gladly stay here every time I come to town.

Clean and spacious apartment at a great price point. Emil, the host, is very reliable and responsive. I visited with a group of friends and the apartment could comfortably fit 10. If would visit again if the occasion called for it.

Great place. Lots of space to accommodate a number of people or family groups. There is some road noise since it is located on a busy road, but the house is also very private.

She was there waiting for us as soon as we pulled up - she gave us a tour of the place and was extremely accommodating. It was a perfect experience and exactly what we were looking for.

I loved our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 8 friends from all over the country. The number pad on the front door made it very convenient for all of us to get in and out of the house without needing a key or losing one. Even though they were in Europe on vacation they responded to messages within minutes and answered all of my questions. Before we got there, Ronit had the house professionally cleaned and they did an awesome job. They even made flowers out of the first tissue in the box. With 8 people all with multiple electronic devices we never had an issue with the wifi. Their Fios TV had a huge selection of channels. The basement was great too. It was fully furnished and had a pool table, darts and a ping pong table. That's were I found out I will not be going to the Olympics for ping pong any time soon. They said they had 2 cats but we only saw one the entire stay and the cat was very friendly. Overall I give our stay an 11 out of 10!

Ci siamo davvero sentiti una famiglia del quartiere nella casa di Ronit, condividendo con la sua famiglia il suo stile di vita e la sua bellissima casa. Non abbiamo incontrato Ronit di persona (in viaggio in Europa) ma siamo stati ugualmente accolti dai sui genitori che sono stati molto gentili ad attenderci. La casa è quella tipica americana vista nei film, con la zona notte al secondo piano, una cucina immensa e attrezzatissima, un giardino sul retro per barbeque, giochi relax, e la possibilità di parcheggiare molto comodamente sul vialetto: cosa chiedere di più? La cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato è che la casa è estremamente vissuta, ricca di segni e di personalità di chi la abita, che ti fa sentire per un po' parte della famiglia. Una famiglia con figli come noi si è subito sentita accolta e a suo agio, facendo nascere la curiosità di conoscere chi la abita. La posizione del villaggio, per chi come noi viaggia in auto, è molto comoda per raggiungere Filadelfia (30 minuti) e Atlantic City (45 minuti), nella zona si trovano in un raggio di venti minuti di auto molte opzioni per la cena e la spesa.

Tina and her mother were great hosts! They were very accommodating and flexible, which came in very handy with all of the delays getting there. The room was very comfortable, the location beautiful and very well connected with the rest of NJ. Over all a lovely experience that I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Christine and her mom were very welcoming. It was a pleasure to live here for two months, they made me feel like family and the room was everything I needed: clean, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area or a student rotating through Kennedy or Rowan. I really enjoyed my time.

We had a good time staying with Christine and her mother. They were very sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The room is in the basement, so it was nice and private. It was clean and spacious, just as pictured on their listing. There was also a mini fridge downstairs for our convenience. We were given full access to the laundry and kitchen. We were in NJ for a medical school rotation with ROWAN. Their house was just around the corner from the main campus and within 30 minutes of all the Kennedy hospitals. They host alot of medical students since they are so close to everything. They are also very close to the PATCO station, which made taking the train in to Philly on our days off very convenient. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Tina and her mother Rosemary are awesome hosts. The room was just as described-very clean, spacious and quiet. The wifi provided was high speed and parking at the residence was not an issue. The home is located in a wooded area so you can often see squirrels, birds and an occasional deer hanging around. There is a little back patio which is a nice spot to do some daytime reading. All in all, it is very peaceful. This is the perfect place for medical students doing rotations away from home. Rosemary is often home throughout the day and is available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this location to fellow students in the South Jersey area.

I want to thank Guarav for all he did to make our stay easy and hassle free. From early contact prior to actual check in, to the help sorting out entertainment options, to his flexibility in my need to extend another day he was quick to respond and pleasant. The place was just what we were looking for; very functional and reasonably priced. His place was clean and spacious, centrally located near major shopping centers with the added bonus of being three miles away from where my new grandbaby is living. I would recommend the location to anyone who asked. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Guarav, Montie
