Baramula is a family run cattle property near Warwick with views to the ranges and open grazing. With plenty of space to relax and enjoy the serenity of the Queensland bush.
The two bedroom cottage offers a tranquil place for couples or families, with a queen size bed in bedroom 1, and a double bed with single bunk bed above in the second in addition a foldout bed and port-a-cot are available on request. It has a fully functioning kitchen with oven and stove top, microwave and refrigerator, toaster and sandwich press, and cookware and utensils are provided. It has a front sitting room to enjoy your morning coffee or a back verandah so you can sit and relax in the afternoon. There is also a gas barbecue in it's own shelter with a solar panel providing lighting in the evening and an outdoor sitting area. The cottage has a fully fenced yard, so pets are welcome. The TV has a dvd player attached but is not connected to an aerial so bring your own dvd or usb or smartphone to watch. Outside there is a campfire area to roast marshmallows and enjoy an authentic bush experience. The cottage is surrounded by our property in all directions regardless of fences for quite a distance and guests are welcome to go for a bushwalk or bring your bikes, native wildlife is abundant.
Elbow Valley is 20 minutes from Warwick and 45 minutes from Stanthorpe. It is a quiet area and out of sight of neighbours (except us). The cottage is away from the road beside gum trees.

Built on a granite outcrop, nestled amongst the trees, at Mossy Rock Cabin you'll instantly feel relaxed and 'at-one' with nature. This delightful, fully private & secluded, two bedroom cabin offers views of the Granite Belt bushland, from every room, with plenty of bird-life to enjoy.
There are two bedrooms, each with queen beds, with electric blankets. For the summer, ceiling fans in each room, and for the winter, a wood heater (wood supplied), as well as small fan heaters for instant warmth. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop & electric oven, Kafee coffee machine, fridge/freezer and bar fridge (on deck). We have an under bench washing machine in the kitchen and clothes dryer under cover on deck. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player, books, DVD's and games for your enjoyment. An outdoor setting, swing chair & BBQ on the deck provides a beautiful space for relaxing and dining or enjoy the fire pit on the rock near the cabin.
The local town of Stanthorpe, 15 minutes away by bitumen road, is the heart of the Granite Belt and Queensland's premier wine growing region. The district has a rich diversity of agriculture and tourism and there are many local attractions for you to explore whilst visiting our region, including the many varied wineries that are scattered from one end of the district to the other, and the amazing Girraween National Park. The information centre in town can provide you with all relevant details. There are several winery tour companies that operate in the district.

There are fans in the room. You definitely won't be hot. Really comfortable area in the entry of Stanthorpe. In front of the golf course which located only a minute walk. Spectacular view with lots of Kangaroos around. Easy 5 minute drive to the main street in town. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around town.
You will get entire space on your own. Kitchen with portable induction cook top and electric frypan also a rice cooker. Everything doesn't need to be shared. Good size living area with dinning set. Private shower and toilet. Good size bedroom with queens size bed. Sofa bed in the living area can be converted to an additional double bed if you needed.

Established in Allora in 1898 as a one story dwelling by the McKenzie family. Raised and refurbished in 1906 by Mr Munro and used as a boarding house after adding the bottom storey. After Tattersalls Hotel burnt to the ground Balcone was dismantled board by board and re-built in its present location. In the early 19th Century, after the war, during the depression the balconies were filled in to accommodated more guests (unfortunately selling off all the lace balcony charm). Today it's situated close to the centre of Warwick and in easy walking distance to the main street, Palmerin Street, and the city venues. This makes it ideal for your stay.
Warwick is a beautiful country town with so much History. It boast many lovely eateries and venues to dine, offering old country cuisine. There is also many large chain stores (Woolworths, Coles, McDonald's, Big W, Target). You will love this place because of the wide open space, fresh air and views. Situated on Valley View Farm, it is quiet and out in the country away from the hustle and bustle of town life.
Spacious, fully self contained, comfortably furnished accommodation in a quiet country setting, with views of the Great Dividing Range. What was once the workers common room area has been converted to a good size house with 3 separate bedrooms and open plan living/dining/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size stove, microwave and fridge as well as pots/pans, toaster, kettle, wok, rice cooker, crockery/cutlery for you to self cater if you wish. There are 2 showers and toilets in the house connected via a breezeway. (See photos), plus a laundry Outside there is a good size verandah for dining and relaxation and a huge yard for you to enjoy outdoor games. There is a designated open parking bay beside your accommodation. It is lit by a solar sensor light. You are close enough to enjoy and explore the town of Stanthorpe, approximately 11km distance. Many attractions and working farms are within a 30 minute drive. Valley View is a small working farm 1.33km off the New England Highway, on the Qld/NSW border. There are four houses situated within walking distance of each other. Your accommodation is private, but not secluded and you are likely to see/hear other people during your stay. As this is a farm there are some farm animals about and machinery operating at different times throughout the day.
The Summit is an area of wineries, cafes and boutique shops. On the South side of Stanthorpe you will find - Summit Estate and Heritage wineries Suttons apple orchard is only 1km away and Castle Glen brewery, Jersey Girls Cheese factory, Granite Belt Maze, Law Dogs Australia, The Truffle Experience, The Christmas Farm, Donaly’s Castle and great fruit shops. Further away, past Stanthorpe, you will find places selling jams, chillies, olives, berries, fudge, chocolates among other things. About a half hour drive will find you near Girraween National Park and Wallangarra on the other more known Qld/NSW border. The information bureau in town on the left after Quart Pot Creek bridge is excellent for information as is the website https://southerndownsandgranitebelt.

We are dog friendly - have a fully fenced yard, dogs allowed inside but off the furniture please. Double carport and lockup garage off Hudson Street. Linen supplied. No internet... sorry. There is a North facing rear deck overlooking the environs. We call it the "beach house" tongue in cheekily!

Unfortunately due to COUNCIL restrictions imposed with all Airbnb hosts in the area, I am forced to obtain Rezoning on my property. Prior to August 2019 this was not a requirement with council if you had under 5 guests stay. There is nothing I can do at the present time. They tell me if I book the property with long term tenant they do not require me to rezone the property. As a result I have had to block out availability however, if you are requiring long term rental then please contact me.
Charming old Queenslander, with a newly renovated private flat that adjoins my home (under the same roof). The flat is completely self contained and at the back of the house with private entrance - views of the mountains from kitchen window and lounge overlooks courtyard and more mountain views. It has a living room with a day bed (single bed), double bedroom, built in robe, fully functional kitchen, large amenities room consisting of shower, separate WC, vanity and laundry facilities. Set on half an acre in the township of Killarney just a short 5 minute stroll. No under cover parking but plenty of parking off street. The property is suitable for short to long term rental (3 month rental or more) - ideal for a contractor who is working in the area and requires an alternative to living in a motel or pub. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook your own meals. Large pantry, plenty of cupboard space (linen) and wardrobe.
Enjoy a meal at the local Hotel. Perfect location for exploring Queen Mary Falls only 10 mins drive away, walk to the local township for lunch or dinner at the Killarney Hotel or the local bowls club. Visit 2 Art galleries in town. A 20 minute drive to Warwick and the famous annual "Jumpers & Jazz" festival in July, explore Stanthorpe an easy 45 min drive away. Killarney has so much to explore with its natural beauty and renowned for its bird life. Bushwalking, trail bike riding there is a lot to do here. As my property is in residential Killarney, I would ask for visitors to respect the neighbours and be mindful of noise levels after 10pm. In other words - we dont do loud parties here :) I hope you understand. It is best suited for a couple or single people who simply need a place to relax and sleep at the end of a day exploring.

Merrilees explodes into leaf in spring and summer and then changes to autumn tones before losing leaves for the winter. I welcome guests from all around the world.
My home is located on a street corner just south of the town centre, a one minute drive from the bus station and Post Office - easy to find with our lovely wide streets. Just let me know when you are arriving and I will help you find my house. I love to provide you with some welcoming goodies when you arrive and then offer toast, cereal and fruit for breakfast, along with tea and coffee. There is a small fridge in your room and also a toaster and kettle for your convenience. There are no cooking or washing up facilities but I leave a tray and am happy to wash any crockery each day for you. If you arrive late and want an instant meal heated, just let me know. Although the bedrooms are able to accommodate 4 guests very comfortably, the ensuite bathroom is small and is located in the main bedroom. Therefore the guests in the second room need to come into the main bedroom to use it. Consequently the rooms are most suited to a small family group or intimate friends. It is possible to accommodate a fifth guest in another adjoining bedroom but again, this person has to share the small ensuite off the main bedroom. I only accept one booking at a time so you do not share with strangers. The rooms form the front part of the house and are completely private from the rest of the house in terms of noise and movement created. We will not hear each other coming and going except the occasional door or gate closing.
Merrilees is in a residential area on a street lined with character homes typical of the Queenslander style of an earlier era. This is a great place to stay while exploring the Southern Downs. Come for the last week in July for our Jumpers and Jazz festival which attracts international exhibitors. We have great cafes and a boutique beer restaurant within minutes walk. There are many food and wine venues round Stanthorpe to visit or perhaps you would like to go on a steam train ride on the Southern Downs Rail. You can go hiking in the Great Dividing Range at Goomburra or climb Mount Cordeaux and Mitchell at Cunningham's Gap. Warwick is known for International Polocrosse games and Horse Trials, the Warwick Gold Cup Campdraft and Rodeo and hosts regular Sporting Car and Motor Bike events at Morgan Park Raceway as well as a Pentathrun event in May. There are many sealed roads leading out into the rural landscape which provide excellent cycling opportunities for those who want to go for an extensive ride. The Condamine River Walk through town provides beautiful parks to stroll, run or cycle around.

Not only the 3 little pigs got to stay in a straw house. You can too ! This unique property is just over 2 hours from Brisbane, minutes from Stanthorpe and in the middle of so many things to see and do. Use the Straw House as a convenient base to explore the first-class eateries and wineries with their award-winning wines. Walk it all off at one of the region's famous national parks. Kids and well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. Undercover parking is available for all visitors.
The Straw House B&B is in new safe hands and we’d love you to come and see what we have done with the place! Straw House B&B is a unique property. The buildings are made of straw bales and stucco, meaning that the cottages are both warm in winter, cool in summer and insulated from the outside world. The straw house is set on 22 acres which you are welcome to explore. Take a walk through the apple orchard and in season sample the fruit, take a bottle of wine and a cheese platter to the dam and enjoy with the turtles, visit the chickens, or see what’s in season in our kitchen garden where sampling is encouraged.

Great family home in Warwick. Recently installed double glazing in front bedrooms to assist with comfort. Close to Morgan Park Raceway and city centre. Furnished to make stay comfortable. Great location to visit famous Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and wineries at Granite Belt region. Historic Steam train ride to Wallangarra, Clifton and Toowoomba Carnival Flowers leaves regularly on weekends so check the Southern Downs Railway website.
Guests can use the whole house. It is quite a large home with 3 to 4 bedrooms. There is a lounge room, sitting room, kitchen and dining room. This house has been in our family for over 75 years. Well loved home.
Great spot as a stepping stone to the Granite Belt (1hour) and Killarney Queen Mar Falls (40min). Plus drives throughout the Darlin Downs and Toowoomba.

Grups de DVD i altres coses per a nens (tot i que no hi ha nens amb mi, em va semblar un toc fantàstic). Desitgem tornar-hi a romandre la propera vegada que siguem a Warwick.

    On the Southern Downs, in the Granite Belt approximately 11km north of Stanthorpe is the small township of 'The Summit". Situated on Valley View Farm, this is your home base to enjoy what this area is famous for.
    Room to spread out in this two bedroom cottage. Not a new build but fresh and clean and channeling a vintage vibe. One or two bedrooms available (depending on your booking requirements) and the rest of the space is yours. The cottage has a fully enclosed yard in the front. It also has a front patio and a back outdoor barbecue area for outside relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and full size upright stove/oven combo (no dishwasher) and laundry facilities. Outdoors you have a full size tennis court and pavilion as well as the basket ball hoop. This building started life as an office when the property used to be a strawberry farm nearly twenty years ago. Now Valley View is a small working farm 1.33km off the New England Highway, on the Qld/NSW border. There are four houses situated within walking distance of each other. Your accommodation is private, but not secluded as you are likely to see/hear other people during your stay. As this is a farm there are some farm animals about. The cottage is at ground level for the back entrance but has three steps in the front. A large fenced yard is provided for your pet to enjoy. (Approx 15 x 20 m)
    The Summit is an area of wineries, cafes and boutique shops. On the South side of Stanthorpe you will find - Summit Estate and Heritage wineries Suttons apple orchard is only 1km away and Castle Glen brewery, Jersey Girls Cheese factory, Granite Belt Maze, Law Dogs Australia, The Truffle Experience, The Christmas Farm, Donaly’s Castle and great fruit shops. Further away, past Stanthorpe, you will find places selling jams, chillies, olives, berries, fudge, chocolates among other things. About a half hour drive will find you near Girraween National Park and Wallangarra on the Qld/NSW border. The information bureau in town on the left after Quart Pot Creek bridge is excellent for information as is the website - southerndownsandgranitebelt followed by the usual.
